Edit #2: I was finally issued a refund except it was only for 1/3 of what I paid. Do not do business with this company.
Edit: After some time my issue was taken care of.
My order was completely smashed upon delivery. Which has not even been the biggest issue. I get it, things happen. My biggest issue has been customer service. Absolutely horrible. At first I was willing to work with them and get a replacement. I spoke with multiple people asking me the same questions and receiving no results. The last time I tried to call I was hung up on 4 times. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company

I worked with Nick and he was absolutely amazing in not only helping us to properly measure and order our custom shower door but with the installation directions as well. He spent a great deal of time with us and made himself available to all of our questions. Nick even took the time to send directions specific to our custom glass install.
I would give him a 10 our of 10 for every aspect of service!!!! We are looking forward to ordering another custom shower door and wouldn't go any place else. I would have never been able to do this without him. Plus we saved almost $2,000 by using Fab Glass

I ordered glass inserts for some cabinets. The order was shipped quickly. However, the glass was shattered upon receiving it. Fab Glass was responsive with the claim to resolve the situation and they did ship a replacement. The process to get Fab Glass the information they needed to process the replacement was a bit of a hassle. The replacement was received and in good condition. The cabinets now look great.

We needed to replace a broken coffee table top and found Fab glass and ordered one. The price was so low it almost scared us off. But we ordered it. The communication was amazing. They notified us when they received the order, when fabrication began and when it was shipped. The packaging was perfect and the glass itself exceeded our expectations. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any form of replacement glass.

I had ordered a custom table top glass cover to the nearest 1/16 of an inch and it was fabricated and shipped in a very reasonable amount of time. it was packaged incredibly well and delivered with no issues. No defects of any kind on the glass and its very strong and sturdy. The size is exactly how I ordered it and the finishing on the edges and corners is absolutely perfect. I found this company by chance on Google and the price they offered was the best I could find. I would buy again from Fab Glass in a heartbeat.
