I have always strived and cared to do the very best work for my clients. To this day, I still care. Avoiding detailing your vehicle is not an intelligent thing to do. Neglecting the vehicles that we pay so much for is pointless. Neglecting your vehicle causes irreparable damage and defeats the purpose of spending money on a new vehicle.
I lease my vehicle. I don't have to take care of it, is one of the biggest misconceptions ever uttered. The lessee is responsible for maintenance of a leased vehicle and must pick up the tab for neglecting it. Detailing at end of lease avoids exorbitant fees and cleaning charges to restore vehicle, repair, or replace permanently damaged areas.
Detailing in it's truest form is a labor intensive, extensive cleaning and reconditioning of a vehicle's interior and exterior. Unfortunately, a lot of "so called" detailers pass off Express Detailing as Genuine Detailing, and deceive the public, damaging the name of Genuine Detailing and the reputation of Genuine Detailers who provide the authentic service.

Great customer service! Very flexible and honest. You get what you pay for. Did an excellent job. Inspector gave the car a zero damage report and was impressed with the car’s condition. I got a dealership credit because the car was returned in excellent condition towards another vehicle. Will definitely use his services again.

I asked for a quote for an interior detail to remove odor from my car and the owner emailed me saying it would be $500, without asking any questions about my car, what I needed, or really anything but telling me what I "need" followed by "$500$". When I replied back that it was a ridiculous estimate, having gotten my car detailed numerous times before, he replied with a lovely sentiment that my car was going to be infested with maggots. Needless to say, not great customer service. Only reason I even reached out is because my usual place was super booked and I needed fast service. So avoid the extortionist
