We had an emergency situation in December wherein our prior air conditioner (not purchased through Cool Air) had leaked and caused major damage in our home. Cool Air Pros responded immediately to remove the offending A/C and furnace unit so that water damage repairs could begin in our home. They gave us a very fair price on a new unit and installed it promptly, as soon as the water damage repairs had been completed. They are very reputable. We've had difficulty with our air conditioning system since purchasing our home in March of 2018. The gentlemen from Cool Air Pros - Chris Shaw and Brandon - presented an estimate to replace the our air conditioning unit and air handler. We agreed on a time when that should happen and they replaced both elements of the system in a timely manner and at the estimated figure. In addition, when the city inspector came by to look over and confirm the work, he was impressed and pointed out to me where care and thorough work was completed. My new system is working beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased

Exceptional service! They were at my house within an hour when one of my AC units froze up. Service Tech was very knowledgeable, took his time and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. When my second AC unit stated acting up a week later, they responded that same day even though it was 8pm! Again, problem fixed quickly! Highly recommended!

Cool Air Pros came to my house the same day, they were very professional and did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. They even sent me a mail in rebate for the unit I purchased a week after it was installed. The installation was a breeze in and out the next day!!
