Beth is a very professional. She found me good assignments, but nothing that paid more then 10 dollars per hour. A couple of jobs were too hard, labor wise for the pay I was getting, but all in all the staffing company was not too bad. A couple of jobs were kind of pleasant but not worth working long term because they didn't pay enough and there wasn't really room for advancement. My only real beef with the company was when Miss Beth tried to make e get a doctor's excuse when I called in sick one day during the beginning of the pandemic. Luckily the manager at the company that I was working for

The absolute WORST PLACE to work in El Paso! No one speaks English for one, two they complained about me being 12mins late after transmountain closed due to SNOW! LIKE REALLY BE REALISTIC PEOPLE ! MY LIFE IS WORTH MORE THEN YOUR PRODUCTION! LASTLY the first day I was given the wrong scheduled time. A complete and utter waste of time.

The Manager Thony was great during the interview and was very professional. However, after going in for a interview for a Recruiter role, the corporate office decided to go with a person who has less qualifications and willing to pay them a very low industry average pay rate. The role stated Recruiter, but it’s more of a sales person opportunity. Thony needs to be running the office 100%. Stay away from this company, as job postings are misleading and the corporate office will change their minds even after their own branch staff recommends you.

TRuTEMPS Staffing Groups offers online hours worked documentation as well as many opportunities for job advancement and permanent job placement. As a former employee, they always called every week to see how the job was going and to see if I needed anything. They also kept me busy working, when one job would finish they had another one waiting for me to start. Thanks to their opportunities and interest on employees to succeed i now have a great job. My experience with TrueTemps Staffing Group was great. Everybody is very professional and willing to help. Mr. James Tidwell is amazing and caring, he followed up with me on the day of my interview and he was always available. I have a full time job now and I wouldn't have found it without their help.
