You guys are the greatest! I've been working with Payne's for 10 years now and there's no other company I'd rather work with on our projects, you guys show up, get it done and do an awesome job, glad PPD is on the both of these Elementary School projects this summer. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the service we received this year.

Scheduling and performance by your group was exceptional. Please let your team know how much we appreciated it and look forward to success on future projects. Sub Contractor Payne's did a good job in coordinating with the prime for the timely completion of the project. Outstanding job with our traffic control.
Services
Payne's Parking Designs was founded in 1989 by current owner Steve Payne. Steve had prior experience with his father and other parking maintenance companies but by 1989 had decided to start his own business. It began with one truck and one employee working out of Steve's home garage. Having soon outgrown the garage, he then leased a 2000 square foot building located outside of Bealeton, VA and had grown to 15 employees.
Our technical staff are certified VDOT Pavement Marking Technician (PMT), work site traffic control supervisors and flagging instructors. PPD managers, estimators and technical staff are knowledgeable of compliance regulations concerning sign fabrication and installation and pavement markings for both public and private sector projects.

I was dispatched by a temporary labor company out of Stafford to work for these people and I was told that I was to drive one of their trucks and perform labor services, when I actually got on to the job site and attempted to drive one of their vehicles I was reprimanded by the crew leader and was then made to feel very unwelcome because I was ill and had to vomit, a personal issue understandably, but I still work and performed all of the labor services required of me and even stepped in to cover another employees lack of work ethic and performed his work as well as my own and then was lied to

The guy that trained me, all he did was scream and yell and cussed me. He caused me to get hurt and they fired me. A 400 degree chemical burn. I had to go to the emergency room on my own. They did nothing to him. If you want to be treated badly and cussed while you are training. paynes lines and signs is the place to work.

At first it was ok working there, but then you start seeing the BS with the company. The favoritism and more. If it's misty in the morning, you don't work. If it rains this way and no where else, you won't work. If the winds are high, you won't work. They are starting to give anyone that's been there a year or more automatically 40 hours if it rain or whatever. I put my two weeks notice in, so they haven't scheduled me because i put my two weeks in . But i also been calling to see where and what they gonna do about my safety checks from August and September since i
