I have been with State Farm since I was 16 and able to drive. Susan has taken care of me this whole time! She is kind, friendly, personable, understanding and the reason we are still with State Farm. Anytime I call her, I don’t even have to say my name, she knows me by my voice, THAT’S IMPRESSIVE!!! We will talk about her family and my family and not just do a transaction and we are done, she truly cares, as do I, we are like family at this point. I hope she is appreciated as much as I appreciate her!!!

Incredible service, very responsive, and definitely worth a call to. We'd been with our prior carrier for years without personal service. We are SO GLAD we made the switch to State Farm with Nikki Shah. After adding 2 young men to our auto policy, our rates went painfully high. Nikki helped us bring them down while still ensuring we had proper coverage for both home and auto. I'm so glad we switched! She's more than a wonderful agent, she's a terrific person too. Left our previous insurance because they were unresponsive and the coverage wasn’t the greatest. Was willing to pay a little more for better service but we somehow ended up with better service and more coverage for a lower price. I’ve since referred multiple friends and family and they’ve all had the same great experience: more coverage and for less money. Highly recommend
