Our services include a wide range of projects. From small to full size excavators and skid loaders to end loaders, we are able to assist with any job. We specialize in new construction basement excavations as well as crawlspaces and slab foundations for any new structure.
All utility services to the building will need to be disconnected such as gas, electric, and water. Some municipalities require a notice from the utility company that the service has been disconnected. Over the years, we have completed countless demolition projects for many municipalities, businesses, contractors, and individuals in central Illinois.

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. Me and my husband have been calling for 8 weeks now to see when they will finish the job. Our yard has been torn apart that long and all we get is the run around and attitude. I’m fed up and do not recommend this place at all. Who knows when our yard will be fixed because these people can’t give a straight answer.

We hired Burling to install our new septic system, but apparently Litwiller is the only one around here that sells the tank system. Burling did great. After it was installed Litwiller came out to let us know it was the law that we had to keep a service contract with them and they were the only ones around we could have a contract with, RED FLAG. Also, when I flush tampons down that that isn't covered. I told him I would never do that (I don't even use them) he said well when it happens, he's charging me. Have had nothing but problems with our septic since they installed it in the house we purchased. They destroyed our entire yard, took down our shed and left it piled in our side yard w/o offering to rebuild it. Now our shed is bent (sheet metal) and unable to be rebuilt. They also took down our clothes line (concreted in the yard because we have a pool and use it for hanging towels) which they also never offered to reinstall. The alarm they installed continuously went off for the first week with no haste from them to come check it out. When they finally did come out they told us the septic was

Excellent crews; have had here for two different needs: septic installed and also basement drain line repair/replacement. They were very accommodating in scheduling around my work schedule so I could be off work the day they were working here. I also know others that have had them do work, including contractors. Highly recommend.

We've had a contract with Litwiller for the last 3 years for our Niadic septic system. They are unreliable, charge a ridiculous amount for doing nothing-- it's now $240 per year, and they won't even come out to do our county-required sample testing when I ask. I will be ending our contract as soon as I can find someone else.

Do not use Wayne Litwiller Excavating. They put our septic system in 6 years ago and it has caused nothing but problems. When you call them to come out because you have a problem, they put you on a waiting list with no specific time of when they may get to your house. They are nothing but a hassle to deal with.
