Everything turned out AMAZING. From talking with our day of person, workers were polite and had everything handled.
The finished product was all that we wanted. We had our special day at Port Orleans and the tent was in the outside beer garden.

Southern Hospitality Event Rentals really went above and beyond for my husband and I for our destination wedding to New Orleans. We are from Chicago, and were a little worried with coordinating everything for our wedding from so far away. We rented gold chivari chairs, some high top tables, and festoon lighting from Southern Hospitality and were not disappointed. Great quality and EXCELLENT customer service. I used Southern Hospitality Even Rentals for my wedding on March 4th, 2018. I cannot Express enough how awesome this company is. When looking for a place to provide 110 white chairs, I decided to use them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until midnight the night before my wedding ceremony, that the date on my contract was incorrect. I called Rob at 5am on a Sunday morning waking him from a sleep to explain the situation. Worried out of my mind that I was about to have an outdoor wedding and no chairs for my guest to sit in. Rob from southern hospitality event rentals is the kind of businessman I wish there were more of. I had signed a contract with him and sent in my deposit, and 5 months later the venue I'm having my wedding at decided to buy the chairs I had planned on renting from SHER. At that point I assumed I would have to take a loss on my deposit to use the chairs provided by the venue, but Rob surprised me and after learning of my situation refunded my deposit. My daughter wanted an outside wedding but I wondered how we would ever make it look as good as the pictures in the magazines. As a pastor, I have performed many weddings and have worked with a wide variety of wedding planners, venues and rental companies. Rob Verdi and Southern Hospitality Event Rentals made my daughters wedding the talk of the town. It was truly over the top. They helped with planning and strategy. They're staff is so friendly and professional as well as punctual. Rob is very accommodating with scheduling and explanations of setup.
