Paul and Sherry Zuch are our husband and wife team, who along with the Capital Renovations Group associates, handle all of our day to day company operations. They are backed by a team of architects, suppliers and designers. Paul Zuch began his construction career in 1983. With a strong work ethic and a passion for design and construction, he learned from seasoned carpenters and design professionals and rapidly advanced.
In 1987, Paul joined a general contracting firm in Dallas as project superintendent. Over his 12 year tenure, he worked his way up to Vice President of the multi-million dollar company responsible for residential sales and production. He also became active in The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) in the mid 90's and earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) designation.

We have worked with Capital Renovations on several projects over the last 10 years. In 2011 we did a complete renovation of our upstairs including bathrooms and media room. At the same time we added an outdoor kitchen area and added on a laundry room. Since then we have done a smaller renovation on our lake house, and a kitchen remodel in 2017.

Paul and Sherry run a first class operation. I just finished a remodel with them, and I would not hesitate to recommend their company. I was especially impressed with their level of communication. I received an email at the end of every week summarizing the work completed and detailing the scope of the work to be done in the next week. Their subs are efficient and polite. My husband and I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Paul and Sherry. We completely reconstructed and added an additional square footage to a home built in 1970 on a North Dallas Golf Course. Down to the studs...a complete new home on the interior and a wonderful remodel on the exterior. Paul presented us with a detailed schedule and did an amazing job keeping to it! We would highly recommend them and have many times, to our friends and neighbors! We have lived here now for several years and and are as happy today as the day it was finished!
