In 1986, Lois Van Wyk and her mother, Dorothy Ter Louw, started a business of creating unique applique sweatshirts for colleges throughout the Midwest and also the annual Hot Air Balloon Festival in Indianola, Iowa. Applique is the use of fabric in the form of words or pictures (think mascots or balloons) that is sewn to the garment.

Look through our catalogs (below) or stop at the shop to find a large selection of apparel, caps, and accessories. If your business has multiple logos, make sure you choose the best layout for your item to be embroidered - vertical, horizontal, with or without taglines, etc.

We love to be able to stop in the shop and look at floor samples and see the wide variety that is available. We also like the fact that if we find a catalog item that Stacie will order it in a size to see if it meets our expectations with no worries if it is not what we are looking for.
