Very good experience - ordered online on Tuesday afternoon, and had items in hand, delivered on Friday. And that’s with a Thanksgiving holiday on a Thursday. Beyond happy. Yes, you pay for shipping, but I am okay with it - it is a small business, that’s expected. Same drawer pulls sold at Home Depot but at 50% higher cost and on backorder. Happy to support this small business!

I needed a few hard to find door hinges. I found the items on D Lawless through a Google search. I ordered just a few to make sure they fit. The items fit exactly as described, the price was right and they shipped fast. I ended up ordering more of the same! So nice to see from a small town shop. Love it and very happy to recommend D. I placed an order for several pieces of hardware online, and my full order arrived in just a couple days, so fast. The hardware is beautiful! I couldn't believe the value and the free shipping was a great perk. I wish I took more pictures!
There was one knob that I received broken. When I contacted the company, Mary sent out a new one right away, at no cost to me. What a great thing! When I hadn't received the replacement, I contacted again and Mary checked and told me it had just that day been returned to sender. I've been having issues with
