Dr. Chon strongly feels 3D Cone Beam CT scan is an essential tool when planning for Dental Implants, Wisdom Teeth removal surgery, Dental Implants requiring Sinus Surgery, Bone Grafting for dental implants, and difficult calcified Root Canal Treatment. In addition, 3D CT scan images help Dr. Chon in early detection of periodontal disease or gum disease because routine dental X-ray images do not show early bone loss.
Dental implants replace your missing teeth and provide a fixed solution to having removable partial or complete dentures. It's no wonder why Dr. Paul, his wife and his team have a 5 star rating. They are amazing at what they do and do everything in there power to ensure that you are comfortable. One of the things that really stood out, albeit minor, was that the tech would apply Vaseline on my lips in order for them not to get dry during the procedure. It completely took me by surprise but it was greatly appreciated. It just comes to show that to them every small detail counts when ensuring patient comfortability. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient here for 14 years. During each visit I have been treated at all levels (cleaning, exam, fillings, crowns, etc) with kindness and respect.The staff members work well together and are courteous and patient with each other as well as with patients.
I felt comfortable and safe during the Covid 19 pandemic. The reception area, treatment rooms, and patient comfort areas were fully sanitized between patients and precautions were taken with each client to assure that no one had virus symptoms.
I confidently recommend this office and staff to anyone needing dental care.

I felt like I was going over to my favorite cousin's house, not to the dentist! Every little detail made the experience not only bearable (I used to hate the dentist!) but pleasant. I hate the drilling sound - but they play your favorite music over it! I hate the numbing injection - but they tap your shoulder to distract you (it works!). Paul explains everything thoroughly and is super nice. Best dental experience I have ever had.

I highly recommend Dr. Paul Chon’s Dental office. He’s been our family dentist for over 12 years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Chon and his staff are very professional, gentle and caring. They always go above and beyond to ensure patients safety specially throughout CoVID pandemic. It's been three year since Dr. Chon implanted my bottom dental plate and I remain pleased and grateful for them. I have had absolutely no problems or discomfort. They really feel like my own teeth (only better!).

I've always been terrified of going to the dentist. I blame it on the traumatizing childhood experiences at the dentist. However, since 2017 I have been coming to Dr. Chons office and all that has gone away! Dr. Chon and his team are always so professional, friendly and transparent with the work needed and the cost. I have truly never felt more at ease going to the dentist's office! I have had a crown, root canal and fillings done. All of which sounds so dreadful but I always leave thinking "that wasn't bad!" Just had an excellent visit to Dr. Chon's office, as usual. Friendly, competent staff, the most current equipment and procedures, all combined in a comfortable office setting, make going to the dentist much less stressful.

Me and my family have been going to Dr. Chon since 2015 and we couldn't be more satisfied! Dr. Chon is a gentle and empathetic dentist. He always checks that we are doing OK when undergoing treatment and he is good about explaining what the procedure is. My husband has a huge fear of dentists and once he started seeing Dr. Chon, he felt SO much more comfortable. After moving back to OC, I was on the hunt for a new dentist, which is no easy task, especially during Covid. On high recommendation from a friend, I was referred to Dr. Chon's office. Even with all the Covid precautions in place, my check up went smooth as usual! They sanitize and/or replace all their equipment after use and each area is sectioned off with plastic barriers. All the staff are wearing masks and encourage you to do the same. If you're looking for a new dentist for cleanings, I seriously suggest coming here!

Dr. Chon has been my dentist for many years and I highly recommend him. The office is very clean and organized. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. For those interested in Invisalign, I am currently 5 months into my Invisalign under the care of Dr Chon and I'm loving the results so far! I have even referred my friends here and they love him! I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a dentist.

I've been going to this dental office for as long as I can remember. Even though I moved out of this area many many years ago I refuse to change my dentist. I always receive great service here. I love that I can communicate through text to set up appointments and that they've been able to accommodate me for Saturday appointments being I live over an hour away.

Please do not waste your time or money on this dentist ! He cracked my tooth and caused me to loose it ! He over charged me and my Insurance many times . He says you need one procedure then it turns out to be another and another which adds up to more money each time . I trusted my teeth with a man that ruined them ! I left there w a tooth lost and an abscess and now another tooth that was told it was just a filling and now once again it is not the case ! Please take my review into consideration ! I am not worried or concerned about his rebuttal I'm sure it will be filed with excuses like always
