I've been coming to Bombay for about 3 years now. I come here to get my eyebrows & upper lip threaded. Sometimes it is a tad bit painful but hey...that's the price we pay for beauty, right?!?!? The spa is very clean and even through the pandemic they have made sure that the staff and their clients social distance and are safe while inside. I usually see Angel. She's really nice and always knows how I want my brows done. Another plus is that it's located about 15 minutes from my house, so I can usually run in and run out. There's never been more than a 5 minute wait

Sandy performed an excellent eyebrow thread on me especially since I have been growing them out to get that perfect arch on my very thin eyebrows. She did a fantastic job on top of giving a nice massage afterwards. Pain was minimum. Recommend 10 out of 10.

I went to Bombay salon and spa, Perkins location today and what a horrible experience I had there. I was not treated well and It was so so so unprofessional. The lady giving me hair cut kept her hand with elbow resting on my head while talking in middle of hair cut to a fellow worker. Also, don't know she was continuously talking about the restrooms and cleaning and was asking me about the same. DAMN! I came to salon or Janitors association. The language she was saying was not up to par. While cutting my hair, she seemed in such bad mood and angry that at one point she spread all my hairs on my

The folks in this place is irresponsible and risky. My fiancé got her nose pierced here and they were completely cavalier with the piercing gun and the plastic stud they put in her piercing. Plastic studs are more prone to infection and they did not even have cleaning solution in their store. We had to go to a CVS and get a bottle of that. A day after the piercing she started feeling skeptical about how it felt and so she went to another store to get an opinion. Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted about 3 maybe 4 weeks ago here and they did AMAZING & were sooo nice and sweet. I've been trying to find a place who can do my eyebrows exactly how I want it and this place was it and they gave me the cleanest waxing I've ever received, Definitely my new spot & even going to come back in today to check out the facials !

After quite some time away, I recently returned to this location. It's still a little busy on Saturdays, but just know that Saturday before noon is probably the best time to visit. I've been visiting Jewel for my brow threading. My only issue is that she has thinned my brows a little due to the fact that she's gotten carried away with the brow scissors. However, my brows have the PERFECT arch now. She is unbelievably quick, but does a great job.

Good brow threading! Tried this place for the first time today after my sister recommended it. I've always disliked my brow shape, but the lady today fixed them and gave them much better shape. Was in and out in 10 mins. Will be coming back here!

Well, I was deceived by google reviews. When we first went in the lady completely ignored us, and since we were first time customers we had no clue what do. The whole time I was there I was uncomfortable, because the women were just gossiping, but this wasn't the worst part. The worst part was they didn't even thread my eyebrows right. They legit took 3 minutes to thread them but all they did was clean them up. Usually when I get my eyebrows threaded they cut them with scissors, they shape them, they clean them up, and they get rid of the hair on top and the below. These people did not

I come here for my eyebrows and I have to say I love the end result everytime. Definitely my eyebrow staple. I haven't been able to find a place to do my eyebrows better yet.
The place is very clean. The employees are very kind. The wait is minimal.
The eyebrow tech that handle my eyebrows did an amazing job. She used the thread method and even shaped with the eyebrow pencil after I approved the thread work she did. AMAZING
The only take away is that once they are done with their work, it feels like they are watching you to see if you are going to give a tip. I feel a little uncomfortable

Very nice people and they do wonderful eyebrows,but PLEASE stay away from the individual eyelashes! I got mine done around 4:00pm ,but 9pm after I showered and dried my face off they ended up on my towel. The lady who did them they'd last got two weeks.... I guess I'm not suppose to shower for two weeks.
I called up there to tell them what happened they didn't even offer to refund or reapply them. Money down the drain!
