I am a 38 year resident of York County. I am proudly serving all of Maine & New Hampshire with their insurance needs. Tammie Bernier is a rock star! She saved the day when another insurer flagged something minor at the last minute and said it would be 48 hours to resolve (with closing in scheduled in 24). She quoted and provided a binder to the lender within an hour and we were able to close on our home in time. Top notch service!

I cancelled the policy same day (found a rate at half the cost), and they still haven't refunded the policy in over two weeks. I would not suggest this insurance company to any one. Calls, emails, doesn't matter they'll keep your money

I recently had a review of all my policies that were held with another company. Tammie was very helpful in walking through each policy with me and comparing my current coverages to what State Farm could do for me. After the reviewing everything I became a State Farm client.
I appreciate the quick responses I get when I have a question or concern. The staff and owner are very friendly and knowledgeable!

So I switched over to State Farm a few months ago and I’ll tell you it has been the best move. I got in contact with crystal and from the start she has been the best I have ever dealt with. Not only did she save me a bunch of money when I switched over and she made it so easy to switch all my cars, trucks and all the toys. And I am the type that is always buying something new, but I like to get that quote first so I send her a text and with in 10 mins I get a response which is super great as I am impulse buyer. Crystal is so on the ball, and definitely someone you want to work with! She helped save my family money on our homeowner’s and auto insurance, AND she figured out that our valuables were not covered under our prior homeowner’s policy - something I had no idea about!!!
