If you have shy children don’t bring them here. The staff seems to be frustrated when a 5 year old, who has never been to an eye doctor, can’t answer their questions. My daughter had a terrible experience and they didn’t get the exam done. If you don’t know how to work with reserved children then you shouldn’t be working with kids at all.

My daughter during her examine comment during her exam that one of her eye was still off. Instead of re-examining the one eye she was rushed her out of the testing room. After receiving her glasses they immediately gave her headaches. When we called to get her a re-exam. They said her eyes had to adjust to the new prescription. She needed to wear them for 1 or 2 weeks. We decided to retest out of pocket with lenscrafter and the confirmed her prescription was way overdone. A 15 year old knows when something is off with her glasses and a customer should not be asked to suffer for another 2 weeks
