I have rented space for an event and been extremely pleased with the facility and the staff. Even the food in the attached restaurant was very good.
The place was spotless clean and very well maintained in every area. Working with the staff to plan was very easy and they followed through on any requests.

This hotel is a rare find! I've stayed here multiple times, and have hosted three conferences here. The team at Hancock Hotel is fantastic to work with and I truly have NO complaints/suggestions from any of my stays or even from my guests. The food is delicious and presented with style. The ambiance of the hotel is 5 star. The rooms are lovely and clean. I wish this hotel was in every location that I travel to. (And if you happen to visit during the holidays, you'll find the Christmas décor to be stunning!)

I want to thank Justus Smith and the staff at Hancock Hotel for their incredible receptivity and professionalism. My entire family has come in from out of town at the tail end of my wife's cancer journey at Bridge Hospice to stay at this wonderful establishment. As owner of Diamond Window Cleaning and being a vendor for First Hospitality, the treatment has been first class. We love doing business with such great people and reciprocating back to the folks that do business with us. It has been a WIN-WIN all the way around!!

Very cool and nice steakhouse. Very well decorated and clean. The steaks were good, but not as good as the price tag. The mashed potatoes and gravy are from a can. The bacon appetizer is supposed to be thick cut and melt in your mouth, but was really just slices of ham doctored up. I would return for the ambiance and drinks.

Food poisoning.
We ate here during our stay at the Hancock hotel in Findlay Ohio.
I will say, the waiter was great, and the food tasted good ... at least until 30 min later in my room when I thought I was dying.
I got horrendously sick and remained feeling pretty unwell for the next few days.
Worst part is that I reached out to them to let them know about it and they never responded to me.
I sent them a follow up email and didn't hear back from them that time either
I honestly would have give this place a higher rating if they cared to respond to my email warning them not to feed other customers

Excellent service and excellent food. Our waiter was very attentive, and we were approached by the manager several times as a courtesy. We were a bit nervous bringing our young family (4 kids) to a nice, upscale restaurant but they did fantastic, which I partially attribute to the great service!!
Food was well worth it also. Very fresh and well-cooked.

Very good dinner on NY Eve with friends (3 couples).
Food and service were both excellent. Great atmosphere also. Small menu which is a good thing. Everything tasted great, really hard to pick what was best. Prices are a little inflated, especially for crab legs, but food was delicious. Will definitely visit again for a special occasion.

Went here on a Monday with my BIL who works at Marathon to take advantage of their $10 special. Was a wonderful treat and well worth the price. It's a beautiful, new establishment and everything was excellent. The server was very attentive and our food arrived quickly. Will definitely be going back to enjoy this deal in the future!

Very nice decor, bar and overall setup - but food delivery and quality were far short of expectations. enjoyed our social at the lounge area with beers and stoli-doli's. Appetizers were good. And now for the less than stellar portions:
- food delivery for party of 6 was separated;
- items missing for considerable time after meal delivery (e.g., mushrooms with steak); and
- steak warm but not hot - it and pilaf were luke warm (before mushrooms even arrived) - likely under warming lamp too long.
Highlight was dessert and customer service to acknowledge and correct issues. They did good there

What a nice addition to Findlay! We held a surprise 40th Anniversary dinner here and reserved one of their rooms. The staff was on-point and attentive the entire night. We didn't order off the traditional menu but what we did get was top notch. I had the Sea Bass, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes were creamy and filling (everything you want them to be). All in all we really enjoyed ourselves. I'll definitely be back.

Bad attitude. Being friendly is free. Must change out management asap, stayed at hotel 3 weeks. 3 times i went down bad service worse attitude had to send food back 2x out of 2 orders. Ordered rare steak so well done hard to cut, like a hockey puck. Wedge was ala 7-11. Seabass other order w truffle sauce, no truffle no sauce.
Other employees at the Big M refuse to go here bc of attitude. Word spreads fast.
For such a beautiful hotel, this is not a good pairing.
