Ballinger Lonestar Parts
Edward J. Studer and father James Studer along with John R. Zweigle had the belief that there was still a tremendous need for custom engineered equipment built to the specific need of the customer. This led to an aggressive engineering and machinery development program. The outcome was a large variety of packaging equipment with many of the models becoming standard items within their catalog.

Many of the first designs in the late 80's were tailored around the commercial fertilizer and chemical industry. With a great need for equipment that could last in this extreme environment, the innovative designs included the use of plastics where metal parts once dominated.
Services
It will always remain the responsibility of the principles at Ballinger Lonestar Packaging Systems to retain the highest qualified representation possible. We are constantly reaching out to provide the best coverage possible. It is also our belief that the representative should also be qualified to assist in a minor technical issues.
Training can be handled a number of different ways. In the event the equipment has been installed at the customer's facility, a representative from Ballinger Lonestar Packaging Systems (BLPS) can be on the door-step within 24 hours. In the event the equipment installed is the same as, or closely related to a model presently on the BLPS factory floor, the training can be performed on-sight at the BLPS facility.
