I am so grateful to have found Mike. I don't have a big house with a big money construction project, so my small jobs were turned down by one after another contractor/home repair business. It was a frustrating and demoralizing experience - and then I found Mike! He took on the repair work I needed to have done (jobs that were small for him, but way too big for me handle) with courtesy and respect. I felt he was transparent with costs and very reasonable. I would like to recommend Mike Eidlin as an outstanding home improvement professional. Mike responded to my inquiry promptly. His work is outstanding and he kept us appraised of his progress several times during the job. He was very thorough and took the time to do an excellent job. Mike is the ultimate professional. He does impeccable work. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of repairs. He communicates while doing the job, so there are no surprises, and is totally honest about what to expect. He is on time and assures the work area is clean prior to departure. We had some serious rot issues in the wood trim around our windows and exterior of the house. Mike came in and did a fantastic job. He gave me an honest assessment on the extent of each problem and then kept me informed as the work progressed. He gave me options to most efficiently stretch my available money and helped me prioritize the projects. He and his worker were always on time and were very hard workers, and always cleaned up their work areas cleaner than when they started! He even came back and painted the newly replaced wood when he found out that my painters weren't available until Spring

I recently used Mike for repairs to doors that were installed incorrectly and to replace gables on an outdoor building. His work is impeccable, he is detail oriented, professional, shows up exactly when he says he will and cleans up at the end of each day. The basement door that he repaired now doesn't leak for the first time in many years and opens and closes with ease. Thank you again Mike for being such a pleasure to work with and will definitely call on you again when the need arises.
