I've been a Riggs customer for over 30yrs. I used to do HVACR on a daily basis. They supplied all my compressed gas needs. They knew me by name and were courteous and professional, but more importantly, they were friendly. The owners lived next door to the business and I serviced their a/c. Its always a pleasure doing business with them.

Took my drive shaft to get balanced and they said that I had a bad u joint and that they balanced it. I put it back on my truck. The vibration was even worse than when I first took it in. I took it back and they balanced it again... I asked if was out of balance and they said it was. I asked them to make a mark to line it up perfectly when I reinstall it in my truck, wasn't done.. My drive shaft is still not fixed 100%, still vibrates. They got it close but whenever you pay good money, you expect it to be fixed not close to being fixed. I will not be a repeat customer.

I needed my tire welded. I advise not using Riggs welding. Customer service is rude but aside from that. A 1 inch crack that was originally quoted at $50 to "beat competition price" i assume, and should only take about an hour. Took 2 DAYS because they forgot to take it back there to be repaired. Then after dealing with rude customer service and a 2 day wait, they have now upped the price to $97... I could have taken it anywhere else for that and wouldn't have had to wait 2 days or deal with bad customer service. Trust me "maam" when I was calling you maam, it was out of my respect for my mother
