Writing this review for a service my mother received. My mom came in to have her eyebrows microbladed with Natalia. She paid a total of $900 for the initial procedure. However, the micro blading did not work. So she returned for a second procedure and it STILL didn’t not get the intended results. My mom lives 2 hours away and has had to travel for each procedure. This is absolutely ridiculous and we had a horrible experience here. Do not come here for micro blading!!

I recently Decided to try The Spa at West Ashley since seeing some posts on Instagram. It was the best decision I ever made when it comes to all things skincare. Alex (injections), Amanda (IPL) and Arianna (brows) they are the absolute BEST at what they do. The environment is welcoming, fun, friendly and professional. I was nervous and they blew me away with my results. I would Encourage anyone on the fence to give these ladies a shot!!! When they say trust the process believe them it’s better then I could ever thought!

I went to the Spa West Ashley for the first time for Botox with Alex. I was nervous because it was my first time having Botox and she was great. So knowledgeable and explained everything and my Botox turned out so well! I’m hooked.
I went back for a hydrofacial which was AMAZING. Amanda is so sweet and so much fun to talk to. I highly recommend if you want a youthful glow. Such a treat!
As a Christmas gift to myself, I got my brows microbladed. I was nervous but they turned out amazing. So worth it! Ariana is so sweet and walks you thru each step.

I had been holding off because of this Covid mess, but couldn't wait any longer! I was ready for some special treatment for me! I booked with Amanda and got the Plasma Pen on my whole face, and after that with Alex for some Botox! Then on to Briana for some Coolsculpting to get started on my summer body!! Like always, Jessica and her staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating to all of my needs! I highly recommend The Spa at West Ashley!!

Botched and defrauded. Do not go here. You are setting yourself up for a major dissapointment. First off I went here in December for botox. It did not work. I should have know when the girl was looking in a book to see where to administer it. I called starting at a week out as I was told it could take up to two weeks to see the resaults. No calls back. That should have been an indicator as I had at the same time scheduled for cool sculpting for a consultation. After 4 weeks had gone by and I got a call for my cool sculpting appointment set up I was told to come back and talk to the lady

I’ve used The Spa over the last year and I absolutely love the staff and the services I was provided. I had laser hair removal (5-6 treatments) and get hydra facials every other month. They are always really flexible with scheduling, and accommodated reschedules with enough notice when I needed. I love the hydra facials and the difference in my skin after is noticeable (it is the best deep cleanse for my face and so relaxing, also really helps with my adult acne that pops out here and there).
