Rachel Schinosi began her career in the cosmetic industry as a state-licensed medical esthetician and professional makeup artist. She delighted in helping her clients enhance their natural beauty with makeup, however, she wanted to provide her clients with a longer-lasting solution - color enhancement that would not wash off mere hours after leaving Rachel's makeup.

Microblading is done with a manual tool, that is not connected to a power source.

I have been so unhappy with my eyebrows for as long as I could remember! They were plucked so bad in high school that they just stopped growing in all together. I personally never learned how to do makeup well, so I didn’t have the advantage of pencilling them in. I have two girlfriends who have gone here, one of which is the sister of the owners. She had been telling me to see Heather for literal years! Well I finally went and I am in LOVE! She did such an amazing job, I couldn’t be more pleased! I’m so sad I didn’t do this sooner! I have had my eyebrows tattooed by Rachel twice over 2 years (touched up after 18 months) and my eyeliner once now. These appointments have always been run professionally not only by Rachel but by her support staff as well. I just got my eyeliner and eyebrows done last week. I love them!! They look amazing and so natural. My morning routine is so much easier now. I am very pleased with my whole experience at Cosmetic Solutions! Rachel and her staff are so professional, welcoming, and kind. Cosmetic Solutions is AMAZING!!! I have been seeing Rachel since 2009, love my results! I had my eyeliner, eyebrows, and lip color done. The procedure was quick and Rachel made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I actually look forward to having touch ups! I have also had microdermabrasion and dermaplaning treatments done with Lori and was very happy with the way my skin felt. The office is very nice and the entire staff makes you feel welcome. If you are considering permanent makeup or skincare treatments, I highly recommend this place!

I had my eyebrows done by Rachel and I love how they turned out! She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable.
