Anthony was great. Very good person to put out in the field as a representative for Now Heating and Air. Very knowledgeable; educated me, in layman terms, on the basics, then laid out multiple options at different prices for the fix. Will be using them for all water heater/ boiler/ heating needs.

Patrick repaired and cleaned our gas fireplace which had not been serviced in 15 years. It looked almost new after he was done and worked well. It was not cheap, but we got what we paid for... topnotch service. Patrick was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. If I needed work done again, I would request him personally.

The team from NOW did an excellent job! They were courteous, professional, experienced and very efficient. Rod had the lead on the install and made sure everything was perfect. I felt comfortable having the guys in my home and they were especially respectful of not damaging the landscaping when working outside. The office staff did a great job as well. I highly recommend NOW as I have used them in the past for a furnace purchase and will call them in the future if I require more of the services they provide.

Let me be clear, I hate writing these reviews. I work in a very similar industry on the commercial side, so I know that mistakes happen but it’s how the business responds that truly defines it’s culture. I give this two stars because the Lennox unit I got is awesome and works great, but poor customer service and after-care are unforgivable in competitive rich industries. Keep reading if you want the whole story but, TLDR, keep looking.

"NOW Heating & Air replaced both my air and furnace and what I liked most was all of my questions were always answered, in a sincere and kind way. They are an experienced company with experienced employees. Rod was the lead and persevered through every moment. Justin was right along his side following each and every request from Rod. When we came across challenges they addressed them without raising their quote to me. We past inspection too. Sam, the owner graciously responded to a few calls and texts.”

Now heating and air came out today was ontime respectful told me how to save money,the best time to do it,showed me the part that needs to be replaced,explained what needs to be done now and what can wait until spring,i won't forget his name EYON(HOPE I SPELLED IT RIGHT ) he wore the shoe covers,he is coming back Saturday with a minor part,this is the 3rd time they've been here,put my furnace,then a.c. unit, and service them, i trust them completely,when he was done he called it in and i had the chance to tell them what i thought and they ask me if i was pleased with the service.THANK

When I was complaining to a friend about my boiler making odd noises, they recommended that I give Now Heating and Air a call. I looked on Yelp and saw their positive reviews and decided to take advantage of their $29 Tune Up offer. I called and spoke with Lisa, who was extremely friendly and empathetic listening to my boiler concerns. She was able to schedule for someone to come to my house the next day.

Now Heating and Air did an excellent job on my furnace and whole home install. So much so I am working with them to get some other HVAC/Water work done.
I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Prices are fair, service is quick, and super helpful and friendly.

Now heating and air were diligent in communication and arrived in the first 30 mins of there two hour time frame. My tech Ian was efficient, open and honest. Ian contacted his supervisor Sam who provided even more insight to my situation. The pricing was broke down and explain throughly giving me a full understanding. I would recommend this company for HVAC needs!
