Had a few in-person appointments after being referred by my PCP, then had all subsequent appointments virtually since COVID restrictions went into place. Office can sometimes be challenging to get a hold of given the limited office hours, but overall a smooth and painless experience.
Dr. Nimer is great. Very efficient, good listener, compassionate and reasonable.

Dealing with this office this week has been a nightmare. They claimed to not receive important forms from our insurance company, then when asked again 10 minutes later if they were sure they didn’t have them, they ‘found them’ attached to his file, so I’m guessing when we first were told they never had the forms, they just never looked until I called back to double check. I then stressed the importance of the forms and the due date and if the DR. could please get them filled out ASAP. I was told he was busy and will get to them when he gets to them. Ok. I asked if she could call me back

Worst office ever! If I can rate this office to minus I will do. I can’t refill my medicine because of the receptionist is not taking good care of her job. It happened to me twice. And today when I called to solve the problem, the answering service told me to go to the emergency room because the rules say that she can’t reach the doctor if the office is closed. Although I called yesterday twice to ask for a refill. I am out of my medicine and I am not sure if I can bare the pain !!!!

Been dealing with migraines on and off since I was a teenager. Had a real bad stretch of them about 12 years ago that ended up putting me in the hospital. Referred to and first saw Dr. Main after that episode and we started the difficult task of finding the right medication for me. What seems to work for most doesn't work for me! I had a couple more trips to the hospital over the next few years with headaches that would not go away for days on end accompanied with repeated bouts of vomiting. Dr. Main came to the hospital twice a day to check on me and made sure I was prescribed everything I needed

The appointment went by quickly, and he took his time with me. He seems to be a good doc. It's his staff that was frustrating. It tooks weeks for me to finally get a sleep center appointment after leaving several messages. The whole entire process of getting a sleep study and then having to have a follow up only to get a CPAP and then having to go back to get it evaluated can take up to 2-3 months. I think if you go with RWJ or some other place it would be way faster.
Other than that the doc like I said is okay.

I suffer from a fairly uncommon headache condition (cluster headaches) and was lucky enough to find Dr. Mian. He was receptive to my feedback about medication and we were able to find a solution fairly quickly. I have come to learn that others with my condition have not been so lucky and spent years on trial and error with less progressive doctors, so wanted to share his praise.

I started seeing Dr. N. Mian in summer of 2017 for partial seizures. At first, he was wonderful. He was the second neurologist I had seen and he gave me hope that he would be the last stop for me. Dr. Mian… seemed thorough and seemed like he really cared to get to the bottom of the issue. I had no problem getting ahold of him. He always returned phone calls in a timely fashion. Then something changed. I was hospitalized on February 2nd and the resident neurologist claimed to speak to Dr. Mian who decided against admitting me and increased my medication dosage. I was to follow up on Monday
