There isn't many mechanics you can trust now a days and these people aren't it. I went in for an alignment and the said I need a whole new suspension, the guy drove my car for a mile and he already knew I needed all my suspension changed, I understand he might know what he's doing but I am also a mechanic myself I just don't have a machine to align my car. Either way I was quoted around 6k for the whole suspension change and it was going to take about a month, which is ridiculous, a month to swap out a suspension is ridiculous. I read the reviews and had my Toyota towed to them from Toyota dealership. Needless to say, the dealership was WAY overpriced. A T automotive did the same work for just slightly over half of what Toyota was charging. It was towed to them around 4 in the afternoon and it was ready the next day and drives beautifully. I would definitely use them again.

Good shop with decent pricing. Its best if you just drop off your vehicle first thing in the morning and get a ride home. As waiting at this place could get frustrating and irrating as there is nothing really around. However this shop provides good service and gives you warranty to back it up. Will be taking my vehicles here when service is needed. Dependable!

I went to A.T Automotive to change all rotors, pad, brake fluid, diesel filters.
The service is great, and the labor cost is affordable.
Alex is a very efficient guy and nice, and has a good team working there.
I recommend this auto repair shop.
They are very busy every day, and I recommend arriving before 10 AM to start the service in your car.
These guys are honest and make a good job.

I was visiting San Antonio when my power steering unit on my car seemed to have failed. A.T. Automotive was my fifth call to find a service center that could address my situation. In my book, they will be the first company I call on in the future. Maybe because I was a traveler, they shifted a less pressing repair to investigate the problem immediately. Others in town wanted to schedule me days later. Then, quickly identified a clamp on the power steering pump had come off. BY FAR the worst experience I have EVER had at a car repair shop. No communication while they had my vehicle and my van was broken into and robbed off camera while they had it at their shop. Not sure if it they had a part in the break in or were just negligent. I'm hoping it was just negligence.

I happened to find this place on Yelp last Saturday morning (Aug 8 2020) when I found my battery had been drained by a brake light that was stuck on (due to a sensor malfunction)-- Valvoline sent me to Firestone who were booked until afternoon even for diagnostic testing. So I drove here instead, explained I needed it looked at ASAP as I needed to pack my car and move out of state and this car issue threw a wrench into my plans. Fortunately, not only were they able to see me within the hour, they took care of the problem for a very reasonable price and I was on my way shortly thereafter. The staff

Great example of customer service! Quoted his price for my work up front ....on Yelp. On arrival at the business there were no surprises. I was there for work on ATV tires. I wanted the old tires removed from the wheels and new tires (that I had purchased online..) put on the wheels.this was accomplished in about 10 minutes.

Polite and friendly as always but things sure changed. I used to know i was getting the best but today i called to get a price quote. I needed an o2sensor replaced. They quoted me 175 for parts and labor...so asked what if i brought my own part...and angel said 65 bucks...THEY NO LONGER PRICE MATCH...no o2 sensor costs over 100 dollars...they're 50 bucks and cheaper. Ive been comming to at auto for over 9 years bc they price matched and had very reasonable part prices...but now they WILL overcharge you! Cd's auto...is where im going...worth the 10min extra drive for a 45$ labor charge

Did A Rotor And Brake Swap Out. They Are Legit From Work To Customer Service. They Helped Me Out Instead Of Adding Brake Linez That Dont Fit They Notify Me And Told Me They Dont Fit Instead Of Installing. At Automotive is a great shop. I have been there 3 different times. An i am going again soon (my truck is kinda old and rusty..ehh) but truly recommend this shop. Although one time it took longer then expected to get the ole girl out, but it was understandable. So take your car or truck there dummies. And if it seems to be "messy" in the lobby and there is a baby crying. Well let me a be the ambassador to a place we call earth. Run free my child.

Given my recent electrical problems, In going to have to change my initial opinion of this facility. After having my tire pressure light system checked, the staff said they reset my entire system. However, this month I've had to come in since there was an electrical shortage in my car and blew out both my headlights. The mechanic asked me if anyone had been messing around in my car recently, and this was the only location. I'm extremely disappointed that I now have to spend close to $600 on a repair to the entire electrical system which should have been a maintenance request earlier on

I came to AT Automotive because I had read reviews on quality and price of this shop and it is close to where I live. Unfortunately, I waited for 4 hours for an alignment and was at the shop from 9:30 am-1:30 pm.
I watched plenty of customers leave who arrived there later than me with more intensive work needing to be done.
The price was good, and the desk guy was responsive. I will try this place out again due to the reviews and price, but my first experience was not a good one. I'm hoping it was just a off day for the alignment person. I also might try to get a ride so I'm not waiting

First, I'll agree with the other reviewer in that the shop is a mess. Stuff is everywhere. Even their TVs in the waiting area have cables just hanging with no effort to make it look clean. HOWEVER, I really don't care. I'm there to get my car fixed, not be impressed with the cleanliness of the shop or waiting area (although a nicer place to sit and wait would be appreciated).
Alex is wonderful. He's attentive and is always moving to get things done for his customers. For the record, I've been there for two different jobs myself and I've had my uncle and a friend
