Located in Pearl River County, this premier venue was reconstructed and re-purposed as an elegant French Country event venue by owner, Louis Ochoa. During the 1950's, the property started its' purpose as a pig farm. Decades later, a large metal shop was constructed on the property serving as an electric motor rewind shop.

During the 1950's, the property started its' purpose as a pig farm. Decades later, a large metal shop was constructed on the property serving as an electric motor rewind shop. This shop was later repurposed as a dance hall and, in the mid-nineties, it became a Cypress tree farm.
We honor the humble beginnings of our property's history with the use of decorative ornamental pigs scattered throughout our completely repurposed French Country event venue.Today The Villa is part of the family of properties which include The Sadie Jane, Pinewood Plantation, and NOLA Southern Grill Restaurant & Catering.

We had the pleasure to hold & attend my cousin's wedding here. The place is absolutely beautiful.... breathtakingly beautiful. The bride/groom rooms were stunning, and added to the pictures of the bride and her girls getting their hair and make-up done. The wedding was held outside under the oak tree... the view of all the chairs and arch coming down the hill was perfect. We came back inside for the reception and dancing. I really couldn't have imagined a better place for us to have her wedding. The owners were very helpful with anything we needed!! We are so lucky to have a venue like this in
