Attunements are classes in which you learn Usui/Violet Flame Reiki. Reiki is a universal energy used successfully all over the world to heal emotional, physical, and energetic imbalances. Learning Reiki helps you heal yourself in every area of your life. When teaching, Rachel teaches not only what the energy is but also the lineage.
A psychic reading is giving permission to read into one's energy field and recieve messages to help you along your path. It helps one to become more clear on any given situation and any action they need to take to move forward in life. Rachel gently reads into the energetic field and bringing clarity when needed.
The most important thing to remember about 'cutting a cord', is that you aren't ending a relationship - per se.
