Southern Home Services did an amazing job with my window installation. Christian was knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. There was no high-pressure sales tactics either, which I appreciated compared to other companies I received quotes from. The installers were professional and respectful. Most of all, they didn't leave one thing out of place or unclean when they were finished. I highly recommend them!

The SHS team was courteous, prompt and did a great job after hail damage to our roof. Had them back for more tasks after the initial work because we can trust them to be honest about the job cost and timeline. Highly recommend their work.

It has been a pleasure working the team at Southern Home Services on updating and repairing the exterior of my house. I had windows and dormers repaired that had rotten wood, maintenance free siding and trim added, 6” gutters with guards installed, and the windows and doors painted. I am well pleased with the results. Project Manager Travis coordinated this project so the everything progressed smoothly. I contacted this company to replace my vinyl siding with James Hardie, and replace my roof and gutters. All was going well until I asked the sales representative to revisit my home to show my husband the gutter sample. My husband wanted to see the no-clog system, as it was considerably more expensive than regular gutters. We were ready to sign off and get started on the work, but the sales rep. never contacted me. I left phone messages and emails, but no one ever called back. I ended up using another company that I was very pleased with and they lost a $35,000 job due to lack of follow up

We chose Southern Home Services to replace/repair our siding on our home in Charlotte, NC. We live in the Southpark area & have strict HOA guidelines to follow.
