It Was a nightmare. The staff that I encountered were very rude. I was told by my granddaughter on Friday evening at approximately 3:40pm that her vehicle had broken down on the side of the road two day's prior. She had not shared that information with me immediately when it happened because she was trying to be independent and responsible. Long story short... I had been left stranded on the side of I-95 for several hours on a Friday evening after an accident because my auto policy that I have for towing was having a hard time finding someone for what ever reason. The female for Arrow was very compassionate and wanted me safe and off the road so she worked with me leaving the wrecked vehicle there and dispatched her driver which was going to take another hour and told me to go ahead and head home where the credit card I need to make the payment was because she was more concerned for my safety at that point then anything else. Arrow Wrecker was dispatched to my location via my Roadside assistance. I waited two hours before I called them just to be told that my call had been cancelled. They blamed my Roadside, my Roadside blamed them. Bottom line, I was on the side of the interstate for about three hours. Very disappointing. Arrow contacted me about my vehicle and location but couldn't tell me they were canceled due to an FHP call.

My explorer broke down nearby on Ridgewood they towed me to south Daytona for a good price and promptly. Operator was very nice and demonstrated initiative the tow truck driver was polite and a good driver. Let my SUV down perfectly in a tight angled apartment parking lot. Thanks for the great service!

My Porsche Cayman died on the the side of I95 in Ormand Beach. Contacted my insurance provider for roadside assist. I was told 45 minutes to an hour for response.... Nope 10 minutes and Arrow was there on a Sunday with a flatbed. They took my car to a European repair shop an hour away. Great friendly and fast service! Would highly recommend.

I was at Salty church Ormond bchside for Grand opening,,running late parked in same business parked for years next to Vets office,,a Supply co. No problem for years! Checked 20 min and driver had me on hook ,barely on trailer,,cockeyed, resulting in potential damage,,if continued,,n still charged me $ 50 n was threatening me,, after I explained I was at church! This is a legalized car thief. They have the police call and get them to take your car away in a crash, but don't tell you that it's going to an impound yard and you just wracked up hundreds of dollars of debt. God forbid you don't have all your paperwork involved or you need something out of your car. They charge 25 just to let you get into your own car. I purchased a used crane truck for my business & I knew that I needed to have some work on it to get everything up to par. I ended up spending $10k on repairs. Yes this was a lot but I was ok with it but I expected EVERYTHING had been properly addressed. Over the next couple of months we continued to have problems with things that were supposed to have been fixed. First let me say I travel much and use Google/Google Maps more for reading reviews before choosing a service or restaurant because yelp is more less accurate and the yelp reviews for this company are a good example of this. Here was my experience at Arrow Service & Towing...My car wouldn't start in a department store parking lot. The tow truck arrived within 45 minutes, as promised on the phone. The driver told me Arrow also has a service station, and after checking out my car quickly, he thought it may be a fuel pump issue. He called their shop for an estimate on a fuel pump replacement

This is one of the most backwards company ever. I called at 2:00 to get my car towed to them and allow them to work on it since it was minor. I call at 6:00 just to check on the status of the tow this is what I was told " We did not get a call/ text about your order. Worst Towing Company Ever! They were asked to tow a motorcycle after a wreck and left it on the ground laying on its side, the kickstand was not broken. A call was placed to there office about the incident and nobody ever returned the phone call. When I complained about it and said Luckys Towing would have never done something like this, the lady on the other end said well they haven't even been in business that long. Awful. Towed my friend when she was NEXT TO the towing zone. Guy was awful when we went to get her car back...claimed to not have any change and complained about having to go get some for my friend. Tried to steal an extra $50 bill from my friend and threatened to call the police when my friend called him out on it.

Heather rescued me when my car broke down on the interstate today!! After calling multiple tow companies, many stated they wouldn't go out of town because there was an auto show in town.
Arrow arrived in under 30 minutes and offered to drop me off at a nearby store so I could wait for my husband indoors (I'm 8 months pregnant btw). They were fast, professional, & courteous. I'd definitely recommend them.

If I could give them a more accurate score, I would give them a -4. The wrecker came in a timely manner, but from there all hell broke loose. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company. The driver was to drive my car to another service center but stated her company does a free diagnostic if towed there.
