Blue Sky Yoga is located in Ruston, Louisiana. We are dedicated to sharing this practice, and finding ways to make it suitable for you. This process happens through communication, and patience as we discover together what is most suitable for your body. Services
This practice promotes health and healing. If you have physical limitations or an existing issue that requires caution pertaining to movement, please consult with us prior to class or in conversation with a teacher upon arrival. Our goal is to teach suitable movement and modifications that meet your needs.
The goal of this training is to teach the nuts and bolts of delivering a dynamic yoga class. There is emphasis on teaching, feedback, and teach again! Learn and practice watching students, speaking to what is happening in the moment, building a strong connection between teacher and student. The learning will happen in the teaching that you will be doing and in witnessing others teach.

One of the loveliest yoga studios I have ever been to, anywhere in the world. Wonderful teachers and incredibly helpful and friendly staff, great classes with modifications given if required. The Shiva Shakti yoga classes are the absolute highlight of my week! Keep up the amazing work, team. Now that I live in Berlin, this will be my studio of choice to practice. Thanks so much!!!
