I have been coming here for around six months now and everyone is amazing. They are always available and make you feel welcome. They take the time to explain the treatments and give you what you need. The results I have seen are amazing. Most spas do not care about their clients like MLC does. I appreciate everything you have done for me here.

I typically would never write a negative review for any company, as I believe it to be counterproductive. However, today I was met with some strange attitude by a person presenting themself as the "owner" who had a baby with the co-owner. This was the verbiage used. Very strange introduction, indeed. I thougt maybe she is just needs to enhance her ego today and dismissed it until the "owner" came in the room to tell me that my "banked" product was not available because I was supposed to use within a year( which I was never told), and apparently my use of Care Credit was inappropriate because the

I normally do not leave reviews but after seeing previous negative reviews I felt compelled to leave this one. I have been a client at MLC for years now and have met the owner, Grace, on many occasions. Even during tense situations she has always presented herself with total professionalism & well, grace.

After visiting many medical spas around the Memphis area, I decided to make MLC my permanent home and advise any of my friends and associates to do the same if they want high quality work at an amazing price. Honestly, its almost criminal that they produce such amazing work at such amazing prices.

This clinic is amazing!!! I'm also a client of Ideal Image and I really wish I had found MLC first. My services are with Kerri and she is so kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this center, they are much more affordable and more transparent about what actual area will be treated.

Great experience!! Amber Jo was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She make sure that I was going to be happy with the results and I am. I have been to see her for several time for a lip line tattoo removal. I would say it take more sessions than I though it would be. I have already done 5 sessions and I probably need one more for it to be completely gone. But over all I am very happy with the results.

From the initial contact, MLC has been nothing but wonderful and superb. Kat works endlessly to ensure her clients are taken care of and she always listens to what I am desiring. 2 years ago I was 30,I workout all the time, fit and have great skin!
The first time I purchased 20 unit of Botox, then when I got there, the doctor persuade me to inject more then 20 unit, and which is fine!
Then late on I purchased 3 times of IPL treatment, but so far I only done it once and it’s not even IPL , and without any improved. because my skin doesn’t need it, so I decided to use the other 2 time of IPL treatment credits for something else, since I already payed for it!
