At Swift Optical, each member of our vision care team is selected by Our Doctor based upon his or her experience, professional demeanor, and dedication to providing personalized care to our optometry patients. Our entire Massena optometry staff is committed to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of each and every patient.
At Swift Optical, our goal is promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept several types of vision insurance, cash, and most credit cards. We inform our Massena patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.
Our Doctorand the Swift Optical team take even routine eye exams very seriously. During a yearly or bi-yearly examination, our Massena patients will receive a patient history review, a series of vision and eye tests, assessments of eye focusing and movement, and an eye health evaluation. Our optometrist will discuss any additional testing that may be required to diagnose an eye disease or condition.

I would like to "Thank" Swift Optical for their outstanding responsiveness and support. I was visiting family in Massena and somehow my glasses got bent which ended up causing some pain in one of my ears. I called, got an appointment and Anne was outstanding in fixing my glasses. My family has gone to Swift Optical twice now since living in Massena. The first time went well. I actually don’t mind the video conference style visit with the doctor. This last time didn’t go well with the in office staff. I felt that it was rushed and impersonal. I know with the COVID situation that is the new normal. We don’t have eye insurance so we paid out of pocket. I had questions about options online BUT still talked to them about ordering one pair in their office. I have a 5 year old so I am expecting that we will misplace multiple glasses, some will become scratched and who knows

I would give the ladies at swift optical 10 stars instead of 5 if I could!
The biggest factors I consider when being seen by eye doctor are: stylish glasses & appointment availability. Swift surpassed these needs far beyond what I expected and what any other office comes close to in the area. I LOVE that they take last minute walk ins and It’s so convenient not to have to leave town and be seen same day.
The ladies run the office like a well oiled machine. The wait times to see the doctor was lighting fast too (even as a walk in)!
The offices were sparkling clean and all the ladies always
