After 3 sessions I opted to go elsewhere. The assistant Marlen has the worst customer service. I over heard her talking to other patient and I think she is confuse on who pays her salary. She is plain rude and unwelcoming. Makes you feel like you are interrupting something.
On my 2nd session she had me throw away my own tissue paper that I used. Now, I wouldnt mind doing so. But have more respect on how you ask, we are paying clients, not some stranger to whom you are giving a favor to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rivers for several years and this review is long overdue.
I find Dr. Rivera and his staff to be warm, polite and efficient. Dr. Rivera helped me work through a situation that looked impossible. Battling heavy metal poisoning and an old injury that had me miserably twisted and in chronic pain.. With his excellent treatment I was relieved of the spinal problem in less time than originally estimated. I continue to see him for "tune-ups", ignoring pain does not make it go away.. He is five star in my book., absolutely the best Chiropractor I have ever known. Innovative
