Jennifer Ergut is the owner and principal makeup artist of Kiss & Makeup, Lake Tahoe's premier makeup studio. Having been in the wedding and beauty industry for more than 17 years, Jennifer's use of both light and color express her distinct natural style. Jennifer started early on apprenticing for a celebrity makeup artist, Yvette Beebe, who toured with music celebrities such as Cher, Janet Jackson, and Pink.

Planning a wedding remotely was stressful, working with Jenn felt like a breath of fresh air. Jenn is wildly talented and FAST! I ended up hiring Jenn to do my makeup for the rehearsal and to get the whole group done on the wedding day. Solo, she took care of me, my Mom and 8 bridesmaids on-time and without any issue. If you are looking for someone to make you look and feel your best, I cannot recommend Jenn enough!

I absolutely loved working with Jennifer at Kiss and Make up! She was fun, easy-going and a really calming presence on my big day. I had a trial with her, my mom and my mother-in-law. I don't typically wear a lot of make up and did not want to feel overdone on my wedding day. She made us all feel so comfortable and really spent a lot of time with us to educate us on her process and on the make up/techniques she was using and made sure we loved our look (which we did!). Jen did an incredible job doing makeup for me, my mom, and my sister for my wedding! I don't usually wear makeup and she was able to give me a natural but beautiful look. We did a consultation the day before and then she came to our house to do everyone the day of the wedding. She has been doing wedding makeup in Tahoe for many years and is really an artist!

I booked Jen to do my makeup for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the job that she did! I don't wear too much makeup normally and felt so worried that whoever I ended up booking would overdo it and I wouldn't feel like myself on my wedding day. But she completely got what I wanted! It felt like a better version of my normal makeup which I loved and it looked beautiful in the pictures. Not too much but just enough to stand out. She did 5 of my Bridesmaids' makeup as well and every one of them was happy with their makeup too. She was also very quick! Just goes

Jen was one of the best decisions I made my on my wedding day. She is very talented in her craft and executed exactly what I was looking for. Jen also provided a professional and fun vibe day of that helped calm the nerves of myself and the girls while getting ready. She showed up exactly on time (even though we were all dealing with many road closures) and when working with her over the phone she was extremely professional, and always got back to my phone calls and emails in a very timely manor. You can't go wrong with this girl!! Highly recommended!!

Jen was amazing. I had her for my wedding make up... From the practice run to the real day, she was professional, receptive, and just outright awesome to work with! I was not overdone at all and my bridesmaids loved their make-up too. She was very straightforward with costs and expectations from the start. Here's a bonus! I broke my nose a few days before my wedding and Jen was able to hide my recovering shiners so well people forgot about it the day of!!! Thank you Jen!!!

Upon my initial email asking for pricing and if she was available, she called me right away to go over the details. She was very high touch, which is greatly appreciated as a bride who did most of the planning on her own!

Jen is fantastic and the best! If you are getting married in Tahoe you have to have her do your makeup.

Jennifer is an incredibly talented make-up artist. She did my make-up, as well as several friends and family members, for my wedding earlier this month. She really listened to what everyone wanted, and created natural, complimentary looks for each of us. We were all thrilled, and everyone looked lovely. The make-up lasted all day, and we still looked fresh 10 hours later when everything wrapped up. She was sweet, professional, and all-around awesome!

Jennifer is a very talented make up artist and she does awesome eyebrows, among other things! She did my make up on wedding day and I have never looked better. She can change your face with what she calls a poor man's facelift by reshaping your eyebrows. I go to her every few months and get a brow shape and eyelash tint. And I see her for make up for special events. She also has great hydrating products to apply before make up and she can give you make up lessons! She is the best and I highly recommend her.

Jennifer took on our wedding party after another local make up artist backed out on our contract. she was professional, fun and extremely talented. everyone not only looked amazing but also really enjoyed her products, studio and friendly demeanor. highly recommend for weddings, parties and even halloween (she has some great pics of halloween shots!). thanks again for taking our party on jennifer - everyone (including me) raved about you!
