If you're looking for a lighter lunch or a sandwich is not your thing, check out our soup and salad menu. All our soups are made in-house and are gluten free. Entree salads come in whole or half sizes and you can add chicken, tuna, egg salad, chicken salad or chickpeas to most of them for an extra protein kick.

We offer a variety of fresh made deli or green salads served in a black bowl with clear domed lid. These salad bowls are sized and priced to be side portions. If you want to serve the green salads as an entree, check with us about entree sized portions. All green salads come with the dressing on the side.

We came here to get a sandwich and a wrap before heading to the wineries. We got the tuna melt sandwich which was a bit dry so I was disappointed. We also got the veggie wrap and it was blend. Didn't have too much flavor and the balsamic dressing that comes with it didn't help much. I was expecting more because of all the amazing reviews!

Had to grab a quick bite to eat before heading back home to the valley. Heard this was a local favorite so I had to give it a try. They have options for every type of diet and eater. The menu board is quite overwhelming with a lot of different choices and combinations. Staff was sweet and friendly. Sandwiches and salads were made to order and portions were very respectable. Only reason this place does not get a 5 star rating is because I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and was given a Rueben (wasn't too upset because that was my 3rd choice). The Thai Peanut Tofu Wrap was super good! The sweet sauce mixes perfectly with the peanuts and then when you add the peanut sauce it really hits the spot. They pack this wrap full of veggies which is great because it really makes it filling but isn't heavy, perfect for lunch! I also got some of the pasta salad which was really good and had some nice chunks of sun dried tomatoes! The only thing I wasn't happy about is that I live in LA and this place isn't close enough but I'm definitely stopping in next time I'm up in the area!

We grabbed lunch here and overall, I really liked their sandwich. I can only comment on the one I got, which was the Mediterranean Chicken, which was really good. Everyone in our party also liked their sandwich. I can't say that I would go out of my way to eat here, but it's a great place to grab a quick meal to take out and eat at the park. Also, service was good overall.

I ordered 7 Boxed lunches for my group. We were going wine tasting and wanted lunch while on our tour. It was a great boxed lunch that provided a sandwich, chips, side salad and a cookie. For the cost it was great! I was able to place my order online and add special requests for the sandwiches. They labeled all the sandwiches which made it easy to hand out and the order was correct. Red Scooter Deli made it easy for our driver to pick up our order. I would definitely recommend Red Scooter and I would definitely order again from this deli.

The deli is right across the street from a park, so I was able to walk the pup around while we waited for the food. They have tons of coffee options with alternative milk options. They also have a vegetarian / vegan friendly menu. Breakfast sandwich and breakfast burritos were scrumptious.
Oh, I almost forgot, If you have a sweet tooth definitely get the stick buns, and ask if they can warm it up. You won't regret it !

I have been eating here for a couple years and have tried a few of the sandwiches(turkey club on sourdough , chicken salad on a croissant, ham and cheese breakfast croissant)the nutty tax salad the lemon bars, scones(good but I don’t think they are the right texture for scones)and cookies. Everything I have tried has been good but my favorite is their nutty razz salad and my husband loves their banana nut blast smoothie.

There's a whole square of restaurants surrounding a gorgeous green in Paso Robles. I haven't tried any place except Red Scooter Deli, and I already think it's one of the best!
I've NEVER had anyone make a Turkey Club exciting, but theirs is done really well. Great meat, perfect avocado, delicious bacon, fantastic bread.
Get some cold stuff if you're looking to go, but the French Dip'n is a must if you have a moment to sit. The roast beef is medium rare in the middle, and the au jus, which is basically French onion soup.
Even if you're not feelin' the food

Great little deli. One of the only cheap options for food in downtown Paso but it's a good option! Bagel sandwiches are fine but their real jewels are the deli sandwiches for lunch. Brought a box lunch with the turkey club from Red Scooter on a wine tasting excursion and it was a perfect wine lunch!

We realize this place isn't right off the freeway but we were on the road searching Yelp for good food.. and seen this place wasn't too far from the 101 so we thought we'd give it a try.
The inside is cramped but really meant to order then wait and or eat outside on their patio tables.
Tip: No Restroom
It was unfortunate they don't have a restroom nearby. We had walked to the opposite

Doesn't Paso Robles sound like an elegant dance movement in an old Hollywood musical classic? Like Fred Astaire effortlessly twirling Cyd Charisse around in an empty city park. It actually means "Pass of the Oaks", though when we arrived for a quick bite on our way to SLO, the trees weren't our focus. It was the purgatory-level heat, 106 degrees and rising at about 2PM. We had been on the road for about three hours and felt peckish.

Our wine tour was using them as their box lunch package. It came in a nice box and very picnic lunch friendly for the wine tasting. I got their Italian sandwich and it was good! Came with a small salad, a bag of chips, a cookie and some hand wipes. Very convenient. Wish they had more options for chips, but we will be coming back to get their box lunch for our wine adventures next month!

We came here for lunch before we did some wine tasting in the area. The food was close to a 4/5, but service was a 3/5. It felt disorganized. The credit card machine broke, there were lots of workers behind the counter but our order still took around 30 min to make. Sandwiches are normally fast food, but this didn't feel fast... if we come back, we will order ahead.
Avocado reuben- very saucy, good portion of avocado but needs more sauerkraut. Bread was essential and soaked in the juices. Didn't quite feel like a reuben, more sauerkraut (and maybe some tempeh?) would help.

Yo… You know when you find a place that caters to different diets on their menu AND actually makes them really really good?! Well that is that place! Visited wine country with my vegan friend and looked all through the options in the area and was pleasantly surprised by how many choices they had for us. Got the tofu breakfast sandwich which had so much flavor and quality ingredients that absolutely anybody would fall in love with it. Based on the many positive Yelp reviews I was pretty excited to check this place out. In the end, it was a bit like if I took my cousin to the prom. Not as fun for me as it might be for everyone else.
Their Covid set up is perfect. In one door to order, out another door, and onto a nice front patio area on the park square. Atmosphere is top notch.

Small little deli with limited seating outside. Friendly guy took our order quickly. I will say that it was a bit of a wait to get our sandwich so come prepared. Drinks out in 5 mins but sandwiches took about 20-25. Still worth the wait.
I had the stacia sandwich with jalapeños. Very meaty and tasty dish. The sauce was spot on and the portion was great. Jalapeños weren't evenly distributed but other than that I really enjoyed this sandwich. For the price, this is a great deal.

Perfect location on the downtown Paso Robles park square. We ordered ahead online for pickup when passing through Paso. The order was ready and waiting on a table inside - convenient! They have outdoor seating but we took out sandwiches to the park across the street (it was in the sun!). We ordered 2 whole sandwiches to share - avocado reuben (hot) and chick-alicious (cold). We were fans of both! I would definitely get the avo reuben again. No wifi & no bathrooms - there are publis restrooms on the south side of the park that can be used. Street parking is available and free for the first 2 hours
