Acne is a disorder of the skin caused by inflammation of the skin glands and hair follicles. Since it forms under the skin, washing away surface oils does not do much to prevent or cure it. At Jeunesse, our goal is to keep your acne clear and in control. I had a better experience this time with my chemical peel and dermaplaning appointment. I was skeptical after my first visit because my face was all red and it really hurt. I went back and she was gentler on my second visit and my skin looks great. I took away 1 star because of my first experience. It took some time, but it did get better. I will continue to go here for my skin care needs.

I always wanted to go the spa to get treatment for my dark spot on my face, but I couldn't afford it because of the price. I found this place from groupon. I thought it was fair price to try, so I made an appointment.
I was happy that choice I made because Neda was very professional and friendly. Also, the atmosphere was relaxing. She explained what kind of treatment I need, and what I expect. So, I purchased package of treatment for my dark pigmentation. After about6 times of treatment, the dark spot was much much lighter, and I enjoy looking at the spot!!

Jeunesse Palace Medi Spa is very Excellent customer service. Also is very well organized I LOVE this place. Always has the best deals works with my schedule and most important of all Neda always recommends the best treatments for my skin. Explains very well what the treatments are see GREAT results every time I go for my treatments. I recommended her too all my friends and family. Its VERY knowledgeable and professional and my skin felt great after. The spa is very clean and sanitized.

I've been to Jeunesse Palace Medi Spa so many times, since they opened this place I'd rather go to this spa for many good reasons. The staff is always really really patient , knowledgeable and proffesinal . '' where health and beauty come together'' concept really works. What I really like about them is they always ensure that they listen to my needs for my skin treatment . If you are looking for a place where they care about your skin and needs rather than just taking your money, I highly recommend this place.

I am a member at The Center Club in Gurnee and this Medical Spa recently opened inside our building. I had to check it out for myself and the women there were so welcoming. The owner took me into her room for a free consultation. She checked my skin with her magnifying lamp and thoroughly explained what service would be best for me. I could tell she was very experienced and truthful. I had a chemical peel done and I absolutely loved it! I ended up stopping by a few days later and bought a package of them. I highly recommend this Medical Spa.

Purchased a package from living social as a gift for two treatments (valued at $125 dollars) and was specifically told that it would be an hour for both treatments. The actual treatments lasted only 30 minutes and we were told that the duration "depends." Very disappointed. Gift recipient was not happy with the overall experience as well in the 1/2 hour that she did spend there.
