One of the most difficult things a person in pain can face is choosing a chiropractor. I experienced this dilemma first hand when I was trying to locate a doctor for my own mother 3,000 miles away. If you don't have a friend who can refer you to someone (almost all of my patients come from referrals) what do you do?

Dr. Tevel is great. I have been his patient off and on for almost 20 yrs. He is so gentle and thorough in his treatment and very reasonable in his pricing. I had moved farther away for a while and visited some other chiropractic offices, so I can honestly compare and say Dr. Tevel is the best I have found. A++

I have been a patient of Dr. Tevel since the 1980's and have not found any other chiropractor to compare with him.
Having lived a very physically demanding life, both professionally as a landscape contractor and living on a small ranch where we did most of the daily and seasonal chores ourselves -- I presented Dr. Tevel with lots of interesting challenges over the years.
I remember one time I had been moving heavy trees on a steep canyon slope in the Santa Monica Mountains, definitely over-straining my body, and felt something go snap in my back. I iced my back for hours when I got home but

Everyone I have ever referred agrees.
Dr. Tevel is very patient, expressing true concern, and gives you all the time your situation requires. He is incredibly thorough and if you have questions he has fact based answers. He is very mellow and artistic-like in his work while at the same time moving you in and out, at a comfortable pace, rather than making it into too big of a deal.
Likewise, Kim makes the entire business side of the process quite easy and is very pleasant.

Dr T. Is the best! period. I've been seeing him for over 20 years. He has helped me when I could barely walk or even move . Being in the Carpet repair business I've had a need of their service a number of times. too many to count. Both him & his wife Kim are very nice and helpful. Always with a smile. I have recommended them in the past & will do so in the future.

Chiropractors to me are like mechanics, you have to go thru a ton of them to find someone who is going to be honest, and give you a real evaluation of what's really going on. Once you find that amazing technician, you will never leave, you will refer everyone and their Mom to them and thankfully i have found Dr. Travel. After battling with back pain for 4 years and been to a couple chiropractics (which they could never solve the problem), Dr. travel did!!!

I started going to Dr. Tevel for a back problem that I've had for years. On my first visit he took x rays of my back. When i went back to see him, he went over the x rays. He clearly pointed out was wrong with my back and how long it would take to fix it. The best part is that i never felt rushed. He takes a lot of time with me and made sure all of my questions where answered. He originally thought it would take 3 months to realign my back, but to my surprise it was 90% better in 1 month. Now, i just go back and see him about once a month and that's all I need. He's by far the best

I have seen Dr. Tevel on and off for nearly 10 years. They are open to same day and after work appointments, which I find to be invaluable with my schedule. It's not always possible to "plan" when you'll need help! Dr. Tevel is straightforward and caring, as well as outstanding at what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If you are looking for a larger, cutting-edge environment this is not the place. They don't push nutritional supplements or anything else. This is another one of those businesses that only sees me when I am pregnant. I guess I am fine most of the time, but the pregnancy hormones make your ligaments all loosey-goosey and my hips get out of whack. Dr. Tevel fixes me right up.
It's easy to get same day appointment and they're open until 6:30, which is great for going after work. Also, they're very nice and friendly.

Dr. Tevel is one of the most knowledgeable chiropractors in the area. He strives to make sure each and every one of his patients are treated the same exact way he would want to be treated, with care and respect.
They are usually able to take same-day appointments (you know...those days when you know you're out of place and in pain and just can't freakin' take it anymore!) and the front desk staff is always very courteous. His prices are reasonable, as well. Highly recommended.
