I was with an insurance company for 10 years. I have a clean record and was paying over $300 a month for one car. Jordan from State Farm contacted me and was able to cut that almost in half. Plus I get so much more with my policy. Jordan was amazing In helping me! His customer service was on point. He understood what I needed and went far and beyond to make sure the process was quick and easy for me, as I’m a single mom always that’s always on the road, and don’t have time for anything lol. Working with Chris has been one of the best experiences ever. I was unsure of what I needed to best suit myself and my family and Christopher guided me through the experience with 5 star service. As an elderly couple my husband and I hesitate on what companies to trust. We've had trouble finding the right insurance companies in the past till my daughter encouraged us to give StateFarm a try. We met a sweet agent Chris who understood our concern with trust and scams so he kindly went through every detail with our insurance switch and savings. I had the amazing opportunity to work with Chris in order to insure my 3 vehicles with State Farm. When people say it’s to good to be true there is usually a catch. But for once I can say there was no catch. Carolina and Chris were so prompt in giving me a response back and making sure I was taken cared of. I was a little hesitant since it just seemed to easy and the rate was really good, but it was good and it was actual. Thank you guys for making my experience like the commercial where I got a “karen” discount!!

I recently purchased a car and needed to add it on the insurance quick because motor vehicle was asking me for the insurance information. I called and talked to Chris, and he immediately help me out with it. I needed this to be done on the same day and he did everything in less than an hour. Chris is very efficient and showed a lot of professionalism in the process. This is the first insurance that had showed me that they actually treat you like if you were family. Thanks to Chris I was able to do everything fast and start driving my new car in no time.
