This is the second time I have rented from Blizzard properties. Jerica has been great! She explained everything in detail so there was no misunderstanding with rental agreement. And when I have needed repairs done Francisco was on top of it. Keeping in contact with me the whole step of the way. I believe the bad reviews are from rule breakers! Just sayin. I can't say enough good things about Blizzard. They have represented us for more than 20 years and always at the highest level of professionalism. We were alway comfortable in any situation with the wonderful people at Blizzard, (Rick, Holly, Jerrica) representing us. They were above responsive, and became like friends. We have sold the property, but will miss the folks at Blizzard.

BPM has managed my rental property in Mammoth Lakes for several years.
Rick Terrell, the owner, has assembled a highly efficient team. Besides handling the routine issues, any emergencies that arise on my property are handled quickly and efficiently, irregardless of the time of day or night.

I have been renting from Blizzard Property Management for 4 years now. I am very impressed with their promptness in resolving any issue that arises. Francisco, specifically, is very attentive and proactive in ensuring that any concern is addressed. Our toilet flooded, to no fault of our own, on a holiday weekend and he was able to quickly resolve the problem in a professional manner; he even checked back later to make sure everything was okay. He has also turned our parking nightmare around in my complex, we are thankful and appreciative of him for doing this. BPM is a professional management company

I own Sierra Screen and Window Washing here in Mammoth Lakes and work with Blizzard on a regular basis. Payments are always on time and they have a work order system you can log into and see what is pending. Very professional staff and a pleasure to work with.

Blizzard Property Management has managed an apartment building owned by me and my brother for about 20 years. They have taken care of that building as if it were mine, so to speak. They have earned my trust and respect in the way they manage themselves, the finances, the tenants, etc.

Very easy company to work with. They have a big presence in Mammoth and are constantly updating their website. I checked every day when I was looking for a new place and finally found one that was exactly what I was looking for. Jerrica was awesome! She helped me with my lease and all my move in questions. Quickly, might I add. And I had a LOT of questions. I don’t plan on moving any time soon but if I do I would absolutely work with Blizzard again.

Blizzard was fantastic to work with - simplest and best rental experience I have had in Mammoth Lakes. Would recommend for anyone looking for season or long term rentals - most in Mammoth lakes are direct to owner which comes with a fair amount of inexperience on the landlord side, but renting through Blizzard was professional, pleasant, and easy!

Jerrica @ Blizzard made my mountain home living dream come true. I got an adorable A frame in the perfect location. She made sure to make necessary upgrades before I moved in (after I signed the lease!), and is going above and beyond to continue upgrades to the house (lighting, etc) that she thought was needed. I also love that I can log online to pay rent without any add'l fees, request maintenance online... but they're also right in town in case I need to meet face-to-face.
