Some builders will customize stock plans by changing details. However, Camerata Homes does not define the house as a custom home unless we have closely studied the land and interviewed the clients to create a one-of-a-kind home that is tailor-made for them. The Camerata Team made our custom dream home come true.
Most semi-custom homes are created from a stock plan allowing for a number of individual details and options. The most obvious benefit is that it is a time saver. Very little design is needed when working from a stock plan. Another benefit is the lower price point of a semi custom home. Camerata Homes adds its own twist to the creation of your semi-custom home.

They have excellent design skills and every piece of the house has a thoughtful touch to go along with it. Did a fantastic job with a complete remodel of a 1950's brick ranch style home we bought. The design was beautiful and complimented the existing features of the home while providing infinitely more functionality than what was existing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our personal design input in the overall product. Camerata was easy to work with, overall a great experience, definitely recommend for any remodel or new home needs!
