There is not a perfect nursing home but I have to say Bethel Pointe did very well in keeping COVID-19 out of their facility for the past 12 months! WOW! How did they do this? Teamwork coupled with great morale, good staffing and training on all shifts.

The staff is so helpful. McKensie has always gone above and beyond. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her as a paralegal for our clients and also within my own family. Always a pleasure. My grandmother turned down a private room at another facility because she loves going back to BP for her extended care needs. Thanks to all for your hard work and dedication.

These people plant these good reviews. This is the worst nursing home in Muncie. My Mom was there for 3 weeks they doubled her Anxiety medication so she would sleep all day. She was a zombie. They lost personal things, She fell and they said she didn't, that she was making it up, (she had bruises all over her Arm and and) her roommate told my mom that she in deed fell and the nurses told this roomy not to say anything.

My husband was at Bethel Pointe while recovering from a broken hip. This was his second stay at this facility. The care from the staff was excellent. They were professional and caring. The only area that could use some improvement is in the area of staffing. They were understaffed most of the time. Even with this area of concern, we would not hesitate using this facility again.

Had my mother here and when they released her they handed me her stuff and got my mother home and opened up the bag and was full of meds. Shots to be given, but before the shots you had to check sugar levels. Well I had no machine to check that. Breathing treatments, had nothing to give her a breathing treatment with. Blood pressure meds to be given at certain blood pressure readings, I had no blood pressure machine to check. Never went over her meds with me, nothing. Well this place little stint costed my mother within 24hrs to go back into the hospital for 6 more weeks. And after all this time

After discovering that I would have to have surgery on my arm I started to search for Rehab centers around my area. Bethel Point Health Care Center was the last place I looked, and I am so pleased that I left the best for last. The staff here was so wonderful and not to mention the facility was spotless. Keep up the great work Bethel Point!
