Tobin is AWESOME!! This shop really cares about getting you into the right bike....They will work with you and exhibit a high degree of integrity. I would do business here any day , any time! I am not even from Norman but would not hesitate to make this a part of any trip I make to the OKC area because this Shop is worth the trip.

My favorite bike shop in the metro. I'm the sort of customer that bike shops dislike, I'm a DIY minded, BMX riding adult so they mostly fix my mistakes. The folks at Buchanan are better mechanics, faster AND cheaper when it comes to service. They're the best!

Very disappointed in the customer service from a local retailer. Purchased a bike, but was charged a $100 more than the price listed. When I pointed out that it was $100 more than I listed on the bike, the response was oops, we goofed, but we have to charge you the higher price. When I questioned if that was the best customer service they could provide, all I got was "we can give you a refund." Amazed that was the response on a sizable purchase. Always great experiences here. I bought shoes n cleats, and did some minor bike maintenance. All staff is super friendly and nice all the time. But keep in mind that spring n summer are their busy seasons to repair bikes. So It might take couple days to get ur bikes serviced.
During the pandemic : You need to wear a mask to get into the shop or should call them for curbside pickup or service.

Really nice guys and very helpful. Got my bike tuned up well the first time I went and got my bike in and out of the shop in good time the second time when I needed a new front inner tube. I highly recommend them.

First time coming in here today because I needed a new tube, and my gosh was it super affordable.
Gotta say Ryan helped me out and made me feel welcomed, he also put some air in on my tires since my bike pump wasn't working and checked to see if everything else was alright. This business has good ethics and looks out for its customers.
Totally recommend coming here and come on out and support your local bike shops, they take great care of you and your bike and its something Wal-Mart could never do, and like I said you'll find a bike tube and wheel a whole lot more affordable than you would at

I called and spoke to Ryan about repairing a part on my wife’s bike. I had it at another local shop for 3 weeks and still getting the runaround from them. Ryan said they could get on it soon. I went and got it from the other shop and Ryan and your team were able to turn it around for me in record time. I am happy. My wife is happy. Apple level service. No joke. Twice I've been in a pinch before a big ride, walked in with little hope, and I was out within 30 minutes with a bike ready to ride. Really great group of folks at that shop.

These guys have the more traditional "bike shop" feel than others in Norman.They have a hipster feel that isn't condescending. They seem like the kind of guys that like a local brew of coffee before a bike ride, end it with a local IPA, but won't judge you for starting with Folgers and ending with Miller.
They are a Specialized shop, so if you are dead set on getting something like a Trek, they are not your shop. But otherwise, they have good prices, and are helpful.
I've bought a road bike from them, and had my other beater bike, bought from a competitor, serviced by them. They've done good

Great shop putting quality right up front! Bought my daughter her B-day bike there today and they had us accessorized, dialed in, and out the door in 45 minutes. 3rd bike at Buchanan's. No reason to go elsewhere.

Awesome customer service and really cool shop. i needed a master key for a roof rack and the owner thought he had one at his house. he went all the way to his house to grab one for me at no charge. saved me a lot of time and money!

These guys rock. Began searching for a new steed around Memorial Day. Decided to stop by and check them out. Small shop, but friendly, informative and no pressure to sell.
After doing my research I gave these guys my business, and haven’t been disappointed to date.
On a recent outing I had issue with the bike and took it back for service. To my surprise, they turned the bike out the same day and saved my vacation plans.

These guys KNOW bicycles, and provide great customer service, proper fitting, and will set you up for all your cycling needs. They want you to enjoy cycling whatever your level of effort from casual, commuter, fitness, touring, or fun - they know what they are doing. I'm a new customer and they have earned my trust.

I must admit I was reluctant to do business here because I assumed their services would be expensive due to the location and perceived overhead. I gave them a shot one day and I was pleasantly surprised that they are actually very reasonable. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to assist you and get you going. Turn around time is phenomenal. I will never step foot in Al's again. Try them. You'll be glad you did. Thanks guys!

After an initial dissatisfied visit, I reached out and talked with the staff and owner. They were willing to work with me and even refunded part of the fee for service. I will most likely continue to patronage this business.

I used to like them when they first opened but now that they have their customers they act very stuck up. Instead of giving me options to fix my bike they try to up sell me. There is this older gentleman there who is a mechanic. He is the best and cares a lot about people getting on their bike.

The guy that was working today was incredibly rude and very stuck up. Super unhelpful and acted like we knew absolutely nothing and that we were the dumbest people he'd ever spoken to. All around terrible customer service.
