We want you to know that you're not alone; the physicians and staff at Pulmonary Health Physicians are committed to helping you understand your procedure. Bronchoscopy is a procedure in which your health care provider examines the airways to your lungs with a thin, flexible lighted tube called a bronchoscope.

I have been a patient with Dr. AIELLO and Jillian for over 25 years receiving excellent care. However I am afraid that I also will be finding a new facility. I have tried for weeks to get through on the phone to discuss appointment change. After being on the phone for an hour today, at 3:30 I was cut off even though the office is open until 4:30. I scheduled a tele appointment for last Tuesday. I waited for an hour and a half for Jillian to call. I never got a phone call. Now they won’t fill my prescription because they need to see me in the office!!!! Beyond frustrating and very disappointing

The Dr was very nice. I went to pick up sleep study test to do at home- had no problems (Oct 22- 2021). Went back to hear results first week in November (2021). Was prescribed cpap machine. I contacted the cpap machine company was told they have the script but the Dr didn't give script for medicines that go in it. I've called the Drs office 3 times have gotten no response. I've sent message over in portal got no response. Not sure what more to do?i

I had a telemed appointment almost a month ago with the purpose of getting my CPAP pressure increased. The doctor agreed to increase it and also wanted to order a new machine because mine was about 5 years old. WELL, like I said, it's been almost a month and my pressure still hasn't changed. It's hard to get anybody on the phone here, especially if you can't sit on hold forever. The supply company says they haven't gotten the rx. Then they did get it, but it's to set the pressure on the new machine, nothing about changing it on my current machine, that has to be a separate rx. By the way, I have

I have been a sleep apnea patient with this practice for several years and have no issues with the providers that I have seen. However, the call center and office answering system is the most inefficient that I have ever experienced with any physician’s office. Calls are taken between 9-11am and 1-3:30pm and are taken in order of receipt. It is nearly impossible to get a person in a timely manner.. A simple request for an annual follow up appt resulted in 45 minutes on hold listening to redundant messaging with being number 10. Earlier call attempts found that I was the 20th and 17th caller.

This is the worst medical practice I have ever experienced. Stay away. All offices, Camillus, Fayetteville, Liverpool they never answer the phones, they never return phone calls. My son has been their experimental project by putting him on 4 different inhalers without even being seen in the office!! Stay away from this Pulmonary Health Physicians practice!!

This is a very unprofessional facility, a member of my family is a patient and ran out of a script and called for six (6) days still unresolved. When I got involved I was treated poorly and the operator was huffing and puffing that I troubled her to take a message. Needless to say my family member will be changing pulmonologist.
