Amazing customer service! They are so nice, offer you all options and are willing to show you whatever you want. They also have drinks available while you wait/browse which is always a plus! They are also super helpful to work with you on dates when you need things done by and are quick to offer their best solution to whatever problem you have. The customer service was Amazing...
I started with ring repairs with missing diamonds then to a necklace shortened and repaired...they came back looking better than new!!!
I took my gr.grandmas necklace in to be appraised..it came back looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL...the gal that helped me put it in a larger box which displays her necklace BEAUTIFULLY!!
