Tousled was founded as a blow dry bar and beauty salon in 2014 by hairstylist and beauty specialist Jessica Trachter. Located in El Paso, TX, the salon started with a small catalog of high-quality services.
We optimize your look by making recommendations specific to your needs-from curly to straight, fashion color tones to natural looks. Your hair health is our top priority! Offering everything from lash lifts to brow laminations, our lash and brow lab is the place to enhance your best attributes and embrace your natural beauty.
We are a space for self-care and self-love. And sometimes (just sometimes) there is nothing more satisfying than sharing the experience with your friends and family. The Beauty Lounge is a new addition at Tousled, a private room where our guests can host special private events while having their beauty sessions.

I think this salon is the best in El Paso- hands down. Jess is truly an artist when it comes to hair. The whole staff is really knowledgeable in regards to hair and makeup . Basically, I love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a beauty salon in El Paso!

I’ve seen Jess since 2012 when her spot was in a cute little place on Montana. I LOVE what she’s done with this salon. It’s gorgeous. And rumor has it the next one is going to be amazing too. So glad i squeeze into her schedule before the holidays. Tousled is beautiful and warm and clean. The service is great and the produce smell wonderful! And now two of my most favorite stylists are under the same roof, Maddie and Jess! Won’t be going anywhere else ever again!

Exceptional first experience. Just moved back to EPTX and needed a haircut after the pandemic year. My appointment was with Celeste but she wasn’t quite ready so Estefania got me started with a wash. Once that was done, Jessica, the owner, got me started in the chair with a blow dry. She was asking me what I wanted from my haircut and how I styled my hair. Celeste finished with her client and took over but not before Jessica shared the details of our conversation. My cut and finished look were incredible. Celeste gave me exactly what I needed. By far my favorite salon in the City! Not only do they do a fantastic job but its got a chic and relaxing atmosphere. I go to Jessica for haircuts (the best!) but I also book blow-outs with any of her team members and I'm always happy with the results. Cannot recommend highly enough!

When I moved to El Paso, I struggled desperately to find a salon that knew how to handle my hair. After trying several other places, Tousled was recommended to me by a friend and now I won't go anywhere else. The facility is cute and cozy ?and recently updated beautifully), the staff are friendly and laid back and the end result is always walking out feeling like a million bucks. I'm picky about my shade of blonde and how the highlights are applied but they always get it right! And their blowouts are to die for. I Came to this wonderful salon on a Thursday for a braid. As a first time client I must say I would definitely go back. Upon walking into the salon everyone was friendly and personable. I was greeted quickly by Marissa and offered a drink of my choice. Very clean salon and a lot roomier than their old location(which I had seen by passing only). Marissa did an excellent job on my braids. They came out perfect and she took only about 30 minutes to do. They use high-quality hair products from The brand living proof. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants an updo, braids, blowout, etc

Lack of professionalism and customer service knowledge. I asked a simple question on facebook about their pricing for an event and instead they deleted my comment. Blow dry bar charges $30 for a blowout and these people are trying to charge $100. What's the difference? they won't bother to explain just delete your question and critique . they obviously feel they are too good for it.

This place is AMAZING! I've received a haircut + blow out and then just a blow out, and they did such a good job. Not only did I receive lots of compliments, I found my blow outs lasted with sleep and after second day wear. The stylists are very friendly and professional. And the best part is that the salon is DOG FRIENDLY! A+++ service!

This is the second dedicated blow out salon in El Paso.
It is located inside the TIME shopping center in Montecillo. The place is very small but totally cute. There is room for 2 stylists, one washing station and a makeup station. The music is fun and the stylists are very friendly! Their website has all the appointments set up, so it's easy booking!
This is a wonderful option to styling your hair! It's a must.
