A dynamometer, more commonly called a dyno, is a machine that will measure the output of your engine. Among the readings it monitors is your horsepower, torque, and fuel mixture. It can also make adjustments after testing the engine load under different running conditions. All of JNW Engine & Machine performance and racing engines that go through our machine shop go through a precision align bore and cylinder block honing process. This insures that rotating assemblies run true while the engine is operating. This process includes align hone the main bearings housing bore and the crankshaft straighten to.0002 ensure they run true and friction free as possible.

The primary function of the intake manifold is to evenly distribute the combustion mixture (or just air in a direct injection engine) to each intake port in the cylinder head(s). Even distribution is important to optimize the efficiency and performance of the engine.

I dropped my 1968 327 of in march on a friday around noon said would be 2 weeks he called the following thursday motor bored.030 freeze plugs and oil galley plugs installed new pistons on resized rods crank reground and polished.new cam bearings and the block redecked was out .030 from factory front to back. I built the motor at home from removal to back on the road 6 weeks 1959 chevy truck should have done this review weeks ago great shop timely work
