Kirk Reid, a Dallas native, started installing replacement windows over 30 years ago as one of the many services offered in his general contracting business. Over the years he found that his customers liked two of his construction projects the most: kitchen remodels and replacement windows.

In 1993, after realizing that you never reach the top of your learning curve when you try to do everything well, he decided to narrow the focus of his business to providing the highest quality window replacement service.Unlike remodeling and repairs, once you've replaced windows, you've lost a customer.
