Services
Dental crowns are needed when teeth start to wear down, crack or break. This is due to a variety of factors such as teeth grinding, an improper bite, fillings, tooth decay and age. In these instances, a dental crown adds strength, stability, and durability to the affected tooth Teeth Whitening. The most common porcelain crown restoration, placed by most general dentists today, utilizes a metal lining covered with porcelain.
Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry that uses special appliances, such as braces, invisalign, expanders, etc to move the teeth, jaw and lips into their ideal position for CHILDREN and ADULTS.Our team of well trained orthodontists at A-1 Family Dental Care are ready to give you the smile that you have always wanted.
Dr. Nayeem is the best, she has done such a great job! I love coming here. I feel so comfortable and all of the staff has been so nice to me. Rachel the office manager has been extremely helpful and kind! She goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything taken care of so that I'm pleased with my visit.

This dental office is extremely poorly ran. I got my one wisdom tooth taken out over a year ago at A1, and I paid for it at the time of surgery. In the past two months I have received two bills stating that I only paid 5 dollars toward the surgery. This is not true as I have the proof on my bank statements from last year. I have been calling for weeks and no one has gotten back to me. The receptionist that I have been dealing with keeps saying she will email the billing department and will mark it as "urgent." Who knows if she is even sending anything, because no one has gotten back to

Second time I was put in a chair and waited almost an hour to see a dentist. Very nice people but their time management is horrible. An appointment time should be the time or about the time you are seen. If you have an entire day to spend at the dentist, this is your place.

A-1 Family Dental is Scamming insurance company's, Office is filthy, Staff is rude. First time I went in 2018 they told me they couldn't do a filling because insurance didn't cover but they took X-rays. Today I went they took X-rays and told me my insurance does not cover cleanings filling or root canals...so I told the dentist I have dental insurance for this very reason so that's these services are covered she continued on telling me that federal laws have changed blah blah blah which I knew was BS! Called the insurance company to double check and what do you know I am cover

This was a bittersweet experience because the staff is so friendly and sweet. My dentist was so kind, I really like her. My first cleaning checkup was great, they took so many xrays with a standup machine and the regular X-ray machine too. I was Surprised that the dentist was the one to clean and check my teeth like a dental hygienist usually does she got done really quick and painlessly, but she said there looked to be a little cavity or left over fillings from the 80s so I would need two appointments to get them filled hopefully not a root canal. The next following days I had extreme pain in

This place ruined so much of me. My tooth crack a little at the bottom. They told me they can fix it and when they were done I had a big space in between my teeth. This was done about 9-10 years ago. My life is not the same. I get mad everytime I drive by this place. I also get mad that I can no longer smile. I have to pay an ortho a few thousand to fix my teeth.

I am like so many other reviewers. I should have looked for reviews BEFORE coming here. I chose this "establishment" because it was close to my house and they accepted my insurance.

I went in for a cleaning, initially. I am one of those weird people, and I actually enjoy the dentist. I like how that the 30-45 min of scraping, brushing, cleaning, and polishing leaves my mouth feeling. Even my 6 years in the military with annual cleanings, those appointments were no less than 30 minutes. The dentist at A-1 spent maybe 12 minutes on the outside of my teeth.

When the X-rays came back,

I went to this place because of the insurance plan I had at the time that wasn't accepted at the office of my lifelong dentist. The atmosphere is so unprofessional. The x-rays done were extremely painful because they didn't have the mouthpiece to fit me. I got into the room for my cleaning and I'm not kidding when I say they spent MAYBE 5 minutes or less cleaning my teeth. The assistants and dentist were chatting it up like they were more interested in their conversation than my needs as their patient. They said I had multiple cavities and needed a root canal my insurance didn&apos

LOVE DR Nayeem. They don't accept our insurance any more and it has been really tough to find someone so sweet and trustworthy as she is. We really miss her. I have been unable to find anyone as good. The rest are greedy and want to drill as much as possible when it is NOT NECESSARY.

I'm just another unsatisfactory victim of this place. I So..... Wish I checked yelp before I went here but sadly I didn't. I pick this place because it was by my house and took my insurance. I had to get two cavities filled and I felt like I was a car in for a pitstop the dentist wasn't very friendly and her assistance was just flat out rude/mean. Hit me with the novocain needle with no warning and was surprised that I jumped. After 10-15 she went to work on me like she was working under the hood of a Buick. I have never been manhandle like this by a dentist before in my life as

Beware!!!! My mom had a partial done and it does not fit (to the point it cannot be worn) and looks weird. The dentist gets extremely offended if you try to question her "work" and the front desk women are just as rude and incompetent. When my mom went to the oral surgeon that was performing some extractions prior to the patria he told her that some of the teeth that A1 said had to be pulled or needed a root canal were fine. Now we are going to a different dentist to pay out of pocket for everything to done again. This dentist is just scamming insurance companies and especially those

My husband, son and I all went to get our teeth cleaned. The first contact with this office was from a very rude woman on the phone taking the appointment. I thought - perhaps she was having a bad day. Then we got there, the woman who took x-rays (which by the way - she took WAY too many) was so rough that the bottom of my mouth is still cut up - a full week later. When she asked me if I was ok - I said no - and she completely ignored me. I asked her to stop taking films and she refused to stop and continued to cut into the bottom of my mouth.

The dentist was very apologetic, and was very

Everything everyone is saying is true. This women is a scam artist. I'm going to report this place and seek legal advice. I had no problems before coming here. I changed doctors because this one was closer. Now I regret it so much. She told me I had cavities and that's when the lies started. I go to get my cavities filled and she's talking with the assistant about lunch and shows. I feel my tooth and its chipped. After having my cavities filled she then told me I needed a root canal and that my insurance didn't cover it. I could not believe it. I then apply for the

I am shocked to see the negative reviews. I've been a patient of this office for over three years now, and I've been treated with respect and care. Dr. Arbina Nayeem is amazing, even my teenage son likes her, and trust me, he is difficult to deal with when it comes to dental treatments.
Dr. Nayeem and her stuff have restored my faith and comfort in dental visits, this office is truly special and welcoming!!!!

I am sitting at home so disgusted right now I don't even know where to begin with this awful place.
Before I got laid off and lost my good insurance and had no choice but to go on Obamacare, I was going to a very reputable dentist in King of Prussia that had an entire dental plan lined out for me. Well I end up here and her answer is pull em drill em and fill em.... then try to make her commission off pushing a root canal for a tooth that is so severely broken from a previous root canal makes no sense to me but anyway.....Oh yeah and when I declined she says then they're just going to

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The front office is extremely unorganized and poorly run. Customer service is non-existent. You'll be made to feel like everything is an issue and it's all your fault. I thought it was just me until I sat in the waiting room a few times for extended periods and had chance to watch customers deal with the front desk. It's almost like they don't want clients to come back. They got their wish with me.

Do what I didn't do, and listen to the other reviews here! I chose A1 because it was very close to my house, but the convenience in proximity is NOT worth the hassle, and physical pain I've been dealing with for the two weeks. When I went for my yearly appointment, I was very clearly told multiple times that I had 7 cavities (1st lie). As patients, we completely rely on doctors to provide clear, accurate information, so I trusted them. At my appointment, the dentists were completely unprofessional, more concerned about gossiping about their coworkers and watching tv, instead of concentrating

Never go here! These people will not abide by your insurance plan. I was told my insurance doesn't cover root canals and unfortunately, i cannot afford to pay full price for this procedure, I had a few molars pulled. Turns out, after calling my insurance months later, they DO cover root canals. When i found this out, I anonymously called the dental office after hanging up with my insurance company, I asked if they did root canals with my insurance coverage. They said 'no, sorry. you must pay out of pocket'. Knowing that they were lying, I said that I just hung up with my insurance

Spoke to an older woman at our local rite aid, these people charged her 7,000.00 for extractions and 2 root canals & crowns, here they opened the abcess and then filled it with the post ( not allowing infection to drain and her face was the size of a softball on each side, and the bet part she was supposed to go away on a cruise the next day, i wonder if she went or got that looked at ?
