Step 1: Pre - inspection - Our associate will walk through your home to visually inspect the carpet. They will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. If you are not going to be present at the time of the inspection our associate can call you during this step.

I live in a house that was previously a rental. On top of that, I just booted a roommate who left my white carpet, a beautiful shade of gray. (Withholds rage) In summary, My carpets were absolutely trashed. Albemarle came in and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Took only a few hours.. maybe 2 tops. Cleaners were super friendly and arrived early. Will use again!

We wanted to get the carpets cleaned after a busy rental season. We called Albemarle carpet and spoke to a courteous and nice man on the phone who let us choose a cleaning date that worked best for us. On the day of, they arrived on time as scheduled. It was near the baby's nap time, so they offered to start in the baby's room so that room could be completed for Naptime. We had 5 bedrooms, two sets of stairs, and an area rug cleaned in about two hours. Everything turned out great, we will use again!

We have been using Albemarle Carpet for awhile. The reason? Great service and an exceptional job. Once again, Derrick preform a miracle. After a full summer of rentals we had a mess. He showed up and preformed his magic and all is good again.
This is a very professional company that always does what they promise. Highly recommended!
