Unreliable. My son had contracted with them for a ride to Dayton Airport. They broke down and had neither backup nor apparently the ability to communicate clearly what was going on. My son missed his flight, had to pay for a taxi ($70) to make the cut-off for a stand-by flight. Then had to wait overnight in Dayton for a flight the next morning (more $). They are however geniuses at not answering the phone and ignoring e-mails.

Coming to Dayton for a class, I was told to use Charter Vans and that they would be available from 0530-2200. My flight came in around 1030 and there wasn't anyone manning the baggage claim desk or the outside kiosk to get a van. I happened to see the dispatcher's number that's on a sign that's supposed to be visible if no one is there hanging off some clipboard in the back.
