I want to tell you how all of you have made my stay here so pleasant. Everyone I've been in contact with has been so good to me. They are very cheerful and seem to work very well together. What a great homey atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone who needs a loving place to go for help in healing.

I had an excellent experience the 2 times that I had rehabilitation at Augusta Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. On two separate occasions, I had knee replacement surgery and the physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapies helped me to be able to walk well again, regain my balance and have holistic healing.
The staff gave me excellent care and were very supportive in my recovery.
I would recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone after Orthopedic surgery.

The pictures are definitely not recent. This place is a complete dump, the stench is horrible an silver fish in the bathrooms. Some of the nursing staff are pleasant but management is a whole different story. The nursing director is rude an frankly I felt like every time we spoke I was wasting her time. I will never make the mistake of letting another family member set foot through those doors again

Absolutely a disgusting place.they are infested with silver fish. A resident once had silver fish all over her due to neglect. The nurses don't help the patients, and some are abusive and rude. I watched a nurse slap a elder. And all the nursing staff is extremely short. The management is a disgrace, absolutely no care at the insect infestation they have. Maybe it's just poor housekeeping. But I wouldn't bring my grandmother back.
